This is our home away from home, so it should have everything you may want in it.

CDC Guidelines are being followed.
Deep Cleaning and Disinfecting being done between all guests stays.

Cleaning supplies and disinfectants are being left for all guest at check in.
To include: hand sanitizer, liquid hand soap, multi surface cleaner, disposable cleaning cloths, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, and paper towels.

COMPLETELY UPDATED inside and out, including HVAC System and POOL Heat.
Purchased and RENOVATED with new Kitchen appliances, all new paint in and out, new carpeting in the bedrooms and clean beautiful tiles complete the flooring throughout the home. We continuously update as we have just install an all new HVAC unit and several new smart TVs. We have added more items to the kitchen for you convenience, if you do not find what you want in the kitchen, just let us know, it will probably be there on your next visit.
This beautiful house is perfect for your vacation home. The house comes equipped with everything you will need for the best vacation destination in the world. This great home offers a pool with spa and is located on a premium south facing conservation lot at the beautiful award-winning Terra Verde Resort, No rear neighbors and with an extended pool deck and screen covered lanai, you can enjoy the sun all day long.
Home is rented fully furnished including all electronics. It includes free Cable television, there are 6 smart TVs in the house, free WIFI, and free telephone service and Pool Heat when requested for an additional fee.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining area, so along with the living room and games room there is plenty of space for the entire family.


The resort features an arcade room, spa, theater, tennis court, basketball court, beach volleyball court, shuffleboard, playground, hammock area, mini golf, table tennis, fitness room and a heated pool & Hot Tub with an outdoor bar and tiki hut for all our guests to use.
The Clubhouse is an short easy walk just up the street from the house. You may use all the resort activities upon your arrival. If you arrive early go enjoy the resort pool before checking into the house.

Shopping, restaurants, tours, all are within easy access by car.
With unlimited things to do in central Florida you will always find endless things activities and places to go.
That would mean if you ever decided to leave your vacation home and the amenities of the resort.

Emergency service, medical clinics and a well equipped Hospital in Celebrity are only minutes away.

No Large Parties Allowed

A lovely stay!

We had a fantastic stay and loved jumping in the pool to relax after our days in the parks. It is in a very convenient location close to the parks, shops and restaurants. Overall we very much all enjoyed our stay!

Had a Nice Stay

The property was clean and as described. The owners were very accessible and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is nice, but we were bummed that the community pool was being redone during our stay. Overall, this is a nice and clean place to stay, and it is in a good location.

Paradise

We loved our stay here! Clean, quiet, relaxing. Pool super clean. Resort pool was fun to play in during the sunny days! Tiki Bar had such good drinks and good snack while being at the pool! Close to everything we wanted to do (Disney and Medieval Times) and close to Walmart for things we needed. Would stay here again for a longer stay.

Great Disney Stay

This house was the perfect location! About 20 minutes to Disney. A great value for the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The place was very clean and had everything that we needed. John was very responsive when we had some electrical issues, a wonderful host. The private pool and spa were nice to have at the end of a long park day.

A home from home

This is our second stay here and we still love the property and the location. Very peaceful after the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. Homely with lots of useful cooking utensils, games room, nice outside space and a good coffee machine. Four adults and a child did not feel cramped and under each others feet.

Awesome!

Would give it 10 stars if I could! Owners were great to work with. House is spacious and clean. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Loved the game room. Pool is amazing! Will definitely stay again if we can!

Excellent value for money

The house was adequate for 4 people (I think it would be too small for the maximum of 8!) The pool and spa pool was an excellent feature. One thing that was missing was a BBQ! It would have been awesome to sig by the pool and cook come food on the BBQ.

Sweet 16

We stayed for my daughter’s sweet 16 celebration. Great location! Within 20-25 minutes of everything we wanted: Universal, Seaworld, Gatorland and Marsh Landing! The Walmart was a few minutes up the road which was very convenient.

This property was absolutely amazing!

The owners replied quickly to messages and helped with everything we needed. The house was very clean and well decorated The kids loved swimming. There was a washer and dryer which made it easy to keep the wet clothes cleaned and put away. I enjoyed having home cooked meals with the family at night but during the day enjoy all the local attractions. This is a perfect home for a vacation and the workers are super friendly too. We cannot wait to come back and visit.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property! It gave us the space to spread out and it also kept us close together. We enjoyed the pool and the amenities the resort had to offer as well as the private home amenities. Beautiful setting, quiet neighborhood. Very close to all the Disney parks and attractions. Handy to Disney parks

Tucked away in the western edge of Kissimmee. This typical holiday villa was comfortable and accessible to the Disney parks. Universal a little further. The wildlife was a surprise but as the pool area is netted on a few small lizards got in. The furniture and rooms were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, but appliances needed a bit of getting used to. The Games room was a hit with the boys and we enjoyed our stay.

My wife Donna and myself, John are lifelong Rhode Islanders and live in the village of Ashaway on a small country farm! We have many animals on our Washington County property where we love to spend time caring for them. Our cows, mini horse, mini goats, chickens, ducks, cats and German Shepard keep us busy year around. We decided to purchase here to be closer to some of the places we love to visit and family that live in Florida. We have been going to various areas and locales of Florida for over 30 years. Terra Verde just feels more like home away from home for us. The staffs are all friendly and helpful as well as accommodating; the resort feels comfortable and easy. Just a great place to relax and enjoy life.

After looking through numerous resorts, it became clear that Terra Verde was a well-managed and well run community, with families and children in mind. Terra Verde is a more upgraded and higher end community with superior amenities, staff and overall appearances. Terra Verde is a hotel type resort with matching amenities, and a 24 hour manned guarded gate, making us feel exceptionally safe.

The unique benefit of our community is the fact that home comes with its own private heated swimming pool and Lanai; this allows you to make a choice between staying in the home or going to the larger community pool and meeting other travelers and owners alike.
It is also very central to all popular restaurants and malls and shopping venues, theaters, fine dining and all types of restaurants.
You are only 45 minutes of from the surrounding beaches of Daytona, St. Petersburg, etc. Pick one and go for the day.
All of central Florida’s attractions are only minutes away, such as Disney World, Sea world, Universal, Lego Land, Cypress Gardens, Old Town, Waldo Wright’s Flying Service, Safari Wilderness, just to name a few. Attend a spring training baseball game of your favorite team, stadiums range in travel time and distance but are available. Golf, fishing hiking boating, hiking are readily available.
