Unit 57- 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Condominium with Partial South Views. | This beautiful two bedroom two bathroom Gulf view condo is located on the 5th floor of our Grand Tower Building. Views of the Gulf of Mexico from the unit make it perfect for watching evening sunsets! The living room is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a beautiful king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The master bedroom has two full beds with a 32" flat screen TV. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is 6. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a grab bar, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination with a grab bar as well. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffeemaker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has carpeting in the bedrooms and tile in all other areas. The open style patio allow you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes. There is a five night minimum rental.

Will definitely be back next year!

We really loved the property and the accessibility to the beautiful beach! It was nice to have the options of 2 different pools. The pool on the back bay has a beautiful view. Views of the beach and water were very nice.

Big 50 Bday trip

I love being able to walk downstairs and walk right to the beach for my daily morning walk. Great View! Siesta Key Village is easy to walk/ride to as well as the south end toward the marina. There is no commercial activity on this beach side, which keeps it quiet on peaceful, but fun shopping, restaurants and plenty of activity is just a few minutes away in either direction! Housekeeping keeps the place spotless!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed in 057 for one week with our two children (ages 11 and 6). I was a bit wary of the condo being listed as having "partial" gulf views. But, trust me, the view is perfect. You have full view of the beach and gulf from the balcony. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and has all the amenities you could possibly need. Access to the beach was easy and fast. Great for walking, swimming, and shelling. Altogether a fantastic spot. Worth every penny and then some.

Great unit with open air balcony and beautiful view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the open air balcony bc most units are closed in. The view was very nice too. I liked that you could use stairs if needed because sometimes the elevator took a long time. For the price the furniture could be unplayed a bit. Other units we saw had nicer furniture and rugs but overall it was fine. The building is going under elevator construction so the main areas were not very clean but that’s probably temporary.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in several units at PBC. Location is great & I’m not uptight about whether furniture/appliances are the latest/greatest. If this is important, probably not the condo for you. I’m here for the beach & warm weather. I do expect basic functionality of the unit. Coming from the frigid Midwest & paying for beachfront location, I was extremely disappointed not ONE window opened. Aside from the sliding door to the lanai we couldn’t get fresh, ocean air in the bedrooms or hear the ocean at night like I’ve experienced in every other unit we’ve rented. No ceiling fans. With night temps in the 50’s A/C had to be turned down to an uncomfortably cold setting or use noisy floor fans, but was still stuffy. Management, while polite, didn’t seem apologetic or effort to fix. Internet’s been terribly slow for years in most units. Trying to work is frustrating. Good internet is just as important as any other utility & should be a priority. We appreciate the security & Charles is great! Always friendly & loves sunsets as much as the guests. But, an older gentleman from security said my husband & young son were lying when he accused them of coming off the street onto the property, when they actually had come out of the office. He was rather unpleasant & it was uncalled for. We’ve stayed here for years & had nice conversations with him in the past. The view is beautiful, & we love the location, but likely wouldn’t rent this unit in the future. We understand an uptick in price for 2024- cost of everything is going up. But the increase is significant guests may have a harder time looking past some of these basic, logistical issues.

A Wonderful Winter Break

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is terribly outdated. Bedding was terrible and pillows flat. The bathrooms are old. Furniture old. There was no pantry storage which was strange. There’s a beautiful view from the balcony but there isn’t the right kind of furniture to really enjoy it. Palm Bay Club is beautiful but I doubt this unit has been updated since 1975. Carpeting was only thing that was new. Parking is also very tight and more beach amenities, grills would be nice. This unit did have good beach supplies. Nice too to have beach towels provided.

Well Maintained, Very Good Location

Although the property has a little age it was well maintained and proximity to beach was excellent. When we arrived we did find note on blender that it was broken upon last guest arrival. We notified management company next day and we had new unopened boxed blender on counter upon returning from beach. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
