This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom second floor condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property.

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom second floor condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. This is the perfect condominium for your Siesta Key vacation. It is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts and the pool. It is also a short walk across the street to the Bays Side, which has a fishing pier, pool and hot tub. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The living room has a large 65" flat screen Smart TV with streaming service for your enjoyment. The master bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV and there is a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV in the guest bedroom. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and a shower seat, and the guest bathroom has tub/shower combination. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, blender, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. This open plan beauty has tiles throughout. The comfortably furnished screened-in patio allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes with your friends and family.

The location was great and the beds are comfortable. We love that the pools are nice and warm in January! We will stay at Palm Bay Club again if we are back in Siesta Key.

The property is quiet, clean and beautiful. The walk to the beach was fast. There were plenty of chairs available and let me tell you, the beach attendants were so helpful, they even helped us with our cooler. We rented umbrellas for several days and they were up at 9:00am, when they told us they would be. I would love to come back and stay again.

We had a great time staying with our family. The pools, hot tub, and beach chairs were great amenities. We also really like that we had a beach close and kept up. It was raked every morning.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The only issue we had was a very large cockroach (over an inch big) on the toilet paper roll in the guest bathroom. There were brown spots all over the paper from it. The front desk called it a palmetto bug (which is still basically a cockroach) but was quick to send maintenance to take of it. We were a little nervous about more but fortunately had no more issues.

It was annoying to arrive and have construction next door without being notified prior to our visit. We were unable to use our patio due to the noise and workers. The unit was unbelievably clean and welcoming. Extras like beach towels, a beach cooler, games and fishing poles made things easy and fun. Everything you would need is in this unit. Office staff, security staff and maintenance staff were all very friendly and helpful. So many great restaurants and shopping close by. What a GREAT family experience for our first visit to Florida.

Bedroom furniture was cheap and breaking. Tv in 2nd bedroom was broken. Kitchen was falling apart. Stayed in other units that were much nicer. Also red tide was occurring and was not notified by management as we would have rescheduled. Not able to fully enjoy the facility.

We never received a contract to sign when we booked, which I thought was odd, but we had our confirmation number so I didn’t worry about it. We rented a golf cart to have during our stay, but when we got there we were told we couldn’t have a car and a golf cart on the property and that it was in the contract that we signed. Ultimately, they did work with us and made it work, but had we known, we would’ve made some different arrangements and some changes to our stay. Everyone and everything was nice and we will probably return next year. Clean and it was a good area.

Sorry for the mix up on the contract, we are in between 2 different systems however one car is one of our property rules, when we are busy and full parking is always an issue.
