This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your Siesta Key vacation. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 40" flat screen TV while the guest bedroom has two double beds with a 32" flat screen TV and there is a roll-away bed in the closet. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The updated kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and convection oven, has everything you need to cook; pots & pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender and waffle iron. Log in to your Netflix account, browse the web, check your email or catch up on social networking on the 55" Hi-def Smart TV. The unit is carpeted in the living and bedrooms and tiled in the kitchen, entry and bathrooms. The screened in patio allows you and your family to enjoy our beautiful tropical breezes. Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
