Newly refurbished bathrooms and bedrooms. ( Quartz worktops and new wood flooring ). This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, a tennis court, 2 pickleball courts and our white sandy beach. The unit also has a access to a *private beach * within minutes of the property alongside proximity to the intercontinental waterway.
To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with 1 king size bed with a 24" flat screen TV and a newly renovated walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 32" flat screen TV with a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has carpet in both bedrooms and is tiled throughout the common areas. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.
