This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV, the master bathroom is newly remodeled with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds with a 32" flat screen TV, the guest bathroom is a newly remodeled with a tub/shower combination. Also, there is a full size sofa bed in the living room with a 55" flat screen TV for your entertainment. The newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, Air Fryer, a 12 cup coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has tile throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
