A sliding glass door leads to east facing deck w/ grill. Master bedroom with king bed / TV and large master bath. Gorgeous walk in shower recently installed. Large guest room with queen bed and bath located on opposite side of unit. Decks located off the living room and master bedroom have views of the courtyard fountain. The guest bedroom has a private balcony with western mountain views. This 2BR/2BA unit has been completely painted and designer furnished. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and fantastic views to the mountains. New granite counter tops installed and all kitchen cabinets refaced. This rare end unit, with a private staircase has no other building in close proximity. Pool / spa / tennis located close by. A great central Palm Springs location - 5 minutes to Palm Canyon Drive and the heart of Palm Springs. Wifi / Cable.

The condo was spacious and well equipped. The pools and hot tubs were great, and it was nice to have two balconies! We were disappointed that there were no useable bikes as advertised. We had to clean out the fridge, as it was packed with perishable items from previous guests. The sheets, bedding, towels, and pillows were dingy. For the price it was a good value. But like a previous guest said, it isn't luxurious.

Quiet, gated community and roomy condo. Some minor faults were some chipped cups and dishes, no umbrellas for pool shade, a few stains on guest bedroom comforter and a cluttered guest bedroom closet. But overall a pleasant stay and a good experience. Host was very responsive and helpful

Very nice condo, good walking neighborhood. Condo is on the second floor. It has been updated, kitchen and master bedroom look good. AC works fine. Pool close by and well maintained. It's not luxurious but it's enjoyable and I'd stay here again. Rich was very responsive to an issue we had.

Didn’t want to Leave

Rich’s place has everything you need. Its central location made it easy to get around and has tons of amenities near by! The condo itself is laid out well and comfortable. The pools and hot tubs were in great condition and really clean. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fabulous stay at great condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It has everything you will need for your stay! The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances:) The condo is so cozy and the location is ideal! We loved the two decks, great views and amenities included. Rich is a fabulous host and is quick to respond if you need anything! It was our second stay at his condo. We will definitely be back!

Great rental

One month stay

Great location, convenient to downtown and desert cities. Very comfortable stay for me and my wife and a friend that stayed with us for one week. Host was very good in communicating with us before and during our stay.

Palm Springs Stay 2023

Property was alright. To much of owners supplies left on premises, restricting room available in cupboards and refrigerator. Bikes left in property were a nuisance. Did not use second bedroom and bathroom; will look for single bedroom next time.

Wonderful stay!

My wife and I stayed at Rich's condo for a month in November and we can't say enough about how well it was stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had sharp knives, excellent pots and pans, spices, condiments and oils, storage containers, gas bbq, and even an air fryer. We arrived late at night and didn't have time to grocery shop, but it was so nice to have coffee and a bit of milk to get us started the next day. We had a minor issue with the tv and contacted Rich who solved the problem right away. He was very easy to communicate with! The condo is just a quick walk to the pool, which was heated and there is a walking path (former Mesquite golf club) right next to the property. I enjoyed a bike ride around the neighbourhood (Rich has 2 bikes with helmets for people to use). We loved being so close to downtown Palm Springs and were able to enjoy shopping and happy hours during our stay. There is a Ralph's just down the street. I gave 4 stars for location because the condo is close to a busy street, however the primary bedroom faces away from the noise and we slept really well on a very comfortable King bed. We would definitely go back!

Our 2 week stay

We had a very comfortable stay at this rental in Palm Springs. It was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need . The bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well, location was great and check in was easy. We loved the pool just steps away, although it became too hot to be outside for long . The host, Rich, was very detailed in all the information he provided. Thank you Rich for hosting us and we won’t hesitate to recommend your rental to family and friends. Noella and Allan

Outstanding

I booked this for my mother to stay in while she was visiting me.The initial booking process was easy and Rich was very communicative and forthcoming with information. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with anything she needed. The location was perfect as the condo is close to everything (including me) and the entire experience made for a very enjoyable stay for my mother. Thanks Rich for doing such a good job!

Home away from Home

Very nice upper unit in Mesquite C.C.. It felt so familiar, like 'home' to me. Rich was a wonderful host and very responsive if and when needed. Love the birds and fountain from the back deck - perfect place to watch the sun rise and have your morning coffee. Comfy beds, furnishings and love the new walk-in shower! Great entertainment systems on both t.v's (cable and Roku), bicycles to ride around the quiet neighborhood. Washer/dryer if needed. Basic condiments and fully stocked kitchen supplies. I had a really nice two week stay here and would definately come back!

Great stay! Beautiful property

This was a perfect location for a Holiday stay. The owner put up a small Christmas tree that made the holiday stay even better when you have to be away from home.

Beautiful condo!

This condo was amazing! It had everything you needed and more! We loved the two decks and the mountain view couldn’t be beat! The location was perfect...close to everything you need:) The condo is in great shape and has all the amenities you’ll need! Rich, the owner, was always available and so great to work with!! Great condo, great location

This condo was in a great area - close to everything you could need. The condo itself had everything we needed for our stay, it was spacious and very very clean. Rich provides all of the information you need from gate/pool access to how to work the TV and he even provides a list of nearby good places to eat. I went on a walk each morning around the condo - The View’s were amazing! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and since our son will be out there for the next three years, we will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay

The decor is modern and bright. Everything you need in the kitchen is provided. There are beautiful walks around the golf course. The condo is convenient to Ralph’s, CVS, Starbuck’s, etc. It’s easy to get to Hwy 10 and Hwy 111. Rich (the host) was available by email at all times. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great location

Rich and Pat's unit is delightful. Quiet, comfortable, well-equipped kitchen, perfect for us, playing in 2 area tennis tournaments. Definitely a return spot if not swooped up by others.

My property is located is a fantastic central location in Palm Springs. 1.59miles to downtown - close to 111 / Cat City - Ralphs is just down the street. This is an end unit and on the top floor. Lots of privacy - view of both east and west. Brand new appliances, furniture, AV. Brand new kitchen cabinets / granite. Great for groups of 4 given that the bedrooms are on opposing ends with private baths.
