My condo is for minimum 7 days stay.. which you’ll enjoy it so much you’d like to stay longer. I make it a priority to give my guests an enjoyable stay! The condo is located in a serene gated community and is on the upper floor of two stories. There is ample parking, including a covered carport.WiFi, Cable TV in living room and master bedroom has a smart large screen TV. Including Youtube, Netflex, Ruku, Hulu etc are just a finger away.
About the owner. I enjoy the Palm Springs area for its unique, relaxing and beautiful setting. I enjoy hosting others at my comfortable condo.
Close to downtown Palm Springs only 1.5 miles away with abundant choices for restaurant dining, entertainment, recreation. Also close to Palm Springs International Airport only 1 mile away.

Guest Access

Mesquite Country Club golf course (18 holes) is attached to the complex.

Tennis courts are steps away from the front door. Amazing pools to enjoy.

There are opportunities for total relaxation as well as many and varied activities in Palm Springs and the surrounding area. The locale is a popular refuge from cold climates, and of course, golf is a favorite for many visitors and locals alike.

There are many other casinos near by such as Fantasy Casino , 29 Casino, Morongo Casino just to name a few. Host was accessible and communication good. I mentioned to our host there were issues with the primary bed it had broken support legs that were broken. , The living room furniture was miserably uncomfortable. Blinds by the kitchen table were chewed up and a broken window in the guest bedroom needs repair. Primary bath/shower floor deteriorating and has black stains or enamel worn off. The photo on the website was misleading.Things were not as shown in the picture. Some updates are needed Best part was the outdoor space and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Coffee maker is old and rusty. Beware of leakage.

Sossi, the host, was very helpful and wanted to make sure we were comfortable. The location is great, close to the airport but quiet. Salt water pool(s). Great hiking just outside the development. The deck is on the north side, so not much sunshine. Parking is very easy. There is a bike to use, but stairs are pretty steep, so I did not dare to move it downstairs. Washer/dryer outside on the deck, very handy.

Palm Springs Stay

The grounds, pool and location of this condo are wonderful. We had our bikes with us and loved how bike-friendly Palm Springs is. There are also many terrific hiking trails in the area that we enjoyed.Our rental was comfortable but we were disappointed in the host’s inattention to detail. We were initially provided (3 days out by email and on the VRBO site) with an incorrect unit entry code and wifi access info. Both of those issues took a while to resolve plus the TV remote batteries were dead. (There were some replacement batteries in a kitchen drawer.) There was only a small amount of toilet paper provided and no dishwasher detergent. Upon looking for these items and then contacting the host to ask where they might be stored, I was told we needed to buy these ourselves. We were surprised and dismayed that after spending 1,967 to rent for 1 week (including the insurance we were required to buy) that an ample supply of these “basics” weren’t provided. Also, the pepper shaker was empty and there was no additional paper towel other than one partial roll. We didn’t need to use the 2nd bedroom or bathroom so it was a non-issue for us, but we hadn’t known about the toilet issue in the 2nd bathroom until we arrived and saw the note that said all used toilet paper must be discarded in the wastebasket instead of flushed. Yuck. We got by fine during our stay. Yet for the price, we believe that many reasonable expectations were not met.

Spacious 2 bedroom condo with beautifully maintained gardens and pools

The property grounds were beautiful. The grounds had beautiful flowers planted everywhere. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub that were very clean and heated to perfect temperatures. The condo was very spacious and well supplied. Sossi was always available to help with anything we needed. We enjoyed walking the Prescott Reserve adjacent to the property. The VRBO property description said there was a 18 hole golf course adjacent but is now the Prescott Reserve. We are not golfers so were not disappointed to have the Reserve to explore instead. We saw turtles, egrets, road runners and coyotes on our morning walks. We will definitely come again!!

Great Place

Very nice condo….roomy…high ceilings.AC worked effortlessly.Appliances and dishware dated but did the job.Grounds including pool and flower beds were immaculate.Location is great as close to groceries,airport,downtown and surrounding communities.Sossi was accessible and quickly responded to any concerns.

Wonderful Vacation Home Away from Home

The condo and the grounds were immaculate. Condo had everything one would need for a stay. Felt very safe and secure. We are hoping to stay there again next March.

Great Location and Attractive Community

This location is very convenient to all of Palm Springs and the gated community is very well kept, attractive, and secure. Outside seating was comfortable and pleasant and one of the pools was nearby. The kitchen was efficient and the king master bed was comfortable. The owner was very responsive to suggestions about updates, and she plans to replace the mattress in the second bedroom, and I believe also the furniture in the living space. Those updates will improve the comfort a great deal.

Holidays in Palm Springs

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Nice to have a pool and hot tub nearby. Had most everything we needed for our 10-day holiday stay. The bike situation was strange as they are parked in the living area, locked together, and if one wants to use the bikes they have to be rented. Not sure how that all works, because we passed on the bikes. There is a nearby preserve (used to be the golf course) that is a good place for walking. Inside the condo complex was quiet. However, we often heard sirens and the loud racing cars from the streets. We got used to hearing them, but if you don't want that kind of noise in the background, this may not be the location for you. It is within easy walking distance of the Saturday Farmers' Market, where many fresh veggies and fruit can be purchased. Easy driving distance to downtown for the Thursday night street fair, restaurants and shopping. There were a few items that needed attention: a broken TV in the guest room, a broken blender (there was a replacement) and a sliding door screen permanently off its track (when told about this, owner said she was aware of broken screen door.) All in all, this was a good condo and provided us with a comfortable place to stay for the holidays.

Amazing space!!!

What a fantastic place! When we booked it, the pictures looked good, so we knew we would be fine. It's better in real life! So nicely done and so well equipped! There wasn't anything we needed that it didn't have. Little things, like a needle. Or everyday things like cookware. Comfortable furniture, super-fast wi-fi, great cable for those nights in. Huge balcony to relax outside, nice pool area. It was so easy to feel at home. And Sossi was so easy to communicate with. It was super easy checking in and out and any questions were answered in minutes! I would definitely stay here again. Our next trip will probably be longer, so we'll just have to see what happens! Stay here, you'll love it! This place was almost perfect!

Location of condo complex is great. The location of condo is close to a busy road so it can be very loud while sitting on the balcony or using the pool closest to the condo.

Great Location

The condo is ideally located and only minutes from downtown with shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the large balcony and seating. We had to cut our stay short by 12 days due to coronavirus and the owner graciously agreed to a partial refund for the 12 unused nights. Thanks Sossi - very much appreciated.

Just what we needed!

This condo was perfectly located for us and was a very comfortable and super clean home-away-from-home for us. Sossi was very responsive to any questions/requests and her cleaning person was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Secure Location

This property is clean and efficient with modern appliances. Close to pool and lots of parking right at the unit. The owner is very available and helpful with any issues that might come up. It's in a secure gated community. The only negative to the location is that it is adjacent to a busy road with traffic noise.

Great relaxing time!

So fun! Beautiful spacious condo, well stocked kitchen, everything from pots and pans, plenty of dishes, spices, coffee! Lots of towel sets and pool towels too. Enjoyed the beautiful huge patio on comfy furniture each morning. Pool was excellent, super fun friendly people traveling from all over US and Canada. Uber was $7 to delicious happy hours downtown! Thank you Sossi, we will be back!

Our Palm Springs Vacation

This is a great community. Well located and maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our condo. It was perfect for our 2 weeks in PS. Everything you could ask for at a great price. Owner response was prompt and we made use of the bikes, the pools and of course....enjoyed the weather.....thx!

Great Stay and Great Owner

My husband and I have rented numerous times from VRBO but the one thing that I make sure of before I confirm a booking is that I have had some meaningful communication from the owner. I knew right away that Sossi was all of that. When I started asking questions about the property she got back to me right away. Exactly what she represented her property to be was in fact what we found. My husband and I like to cook in and she said her kitchen was well equipped and it was. She said that it was their home and that's what we found. More than enough towels, beautifully clean (and we are picky about that kind of thing) we felt very comfortable. Two huge decks as well as spacious accommodation. We have been to Palm Springs before but we loved this location. We decided not to rent a car this week and we had not more than $7.00 Ubers that came within a few minutes to our favourite restaurants Trio, Ruben and Ozzys Oyster Bar and Lulus. Thanks again Sossi we will be back and highly recommend

Happy with Accommodation!!

Enjoyed our stay in your condo. Perfect for two couples; well stocked; clean; great location to attend the Film Festival at the Camelot Theatre; loved the easy access to the pool. Enjoyed the super large balcony ….. fun evening playing games outside. Close to grocery store (Ralphs); in awe of the scenery at Indian Canyon and Joshua Tree National Park, including stargazing. First visit to Palm Springs and would return - easy to get around by car or walking. Did not use the bikes available but would have been fun to have used all the bike paths and explored a little more - never enough time!! I would recommend your home to others. Thanks!!

Very comfortable stay.

Had a wonderful time at Sossi's place. The location is perfect, 20 -30 minute walk to downtown Palm Springs, 5 minutes from the airport, Ralph's and other shopping close by. Condo is quite nice with 'bigger than most' balcony and close to a pool. Sossi has everything a person needs for a comfortable stay. Would certainly recommend a stay here.

We are close to the entrance of the complex and we have plenty of parking choices. We have the view of the mountains and the pools. We also have one of the largest balcony's in the complex it feels like home.. It also is very bright it feels great to wake up to a nice sunshine.
