Beautiful updated direct oceanfront condo Located at the Boardwalk Beach Resort (Main Tower) in downtown Myrtle Beach. You are renting directly with the owner not a property manager. It was completely remodeled with new cabinets, tile floors, granite countertops, back splash, and a few other things. It is walking distance to lots of attractions including Boardwalk at the Beach, Ripleys, Sky Wheel, and lots of shops and restaurants. Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, and restaurants are within 2 blocks away! The Boardwalk has an indoor heated pool, outdoor pools, lazy river and Jacuzzis.

There are 2 QUEEN SIZE beds in the bedroom.
The living has a murphy bed and it’s own door to give you privacy, flat screen smart TV, and direct balcony access. Stay connected to your favorites with our cable TV as well as access your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and more.

Our compact kitchen comes with all dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils, and it also has a Keurig coffee maker. Appliances have been updated to stainless steel in 2025. You'll have everything needed for that perfect morning cup of coffee on the balcony and for a full dinner with family.

3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.

No more waiting in line at the front desk to check-in. Walk up to your unit with your own personal code to input at the keyless entry lock anytime after check-in time!


Head down to the pool deck with 3 outdoor pools, a kiddie pool and a lazy river. You will also find an indoor pool, hot tubs, and a seasonal café. Free Wifi

This property was a good last-minute trip to the beach. Cleanliness was good. The only issue was that it felt like sand was in the sheets. Check in was easy. Location was perfect. Property manager was responsive.

Family Vacation

My husband and I brought our 13 year old daughter with us. The access to the beach from the pool was such a great feature!! Exploring Myrtle Beach for the first time with them created such treasurable memories for us as a family!!

Beautiful condo with a great view!

My family and I absolutely LOVED staying here. It was soo clean and nicely decorated and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. It was also very convenient being so close to everything. The room was equipped with everything we needed even 4 beach chairs! We really enjoyed the heated pools and hot tubs. I can’t wait to return in the summer.

Wonderful Place! Made for a Great Vacation

Everything was as described. It was a great location as it was just a few minutes drive to essentially everything and close enough to walk many places as well. The beds were very comfortable, not like most beds in rental homes. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into decorating and it truly is a second home for them. Everything you could need in the kitchen and very comfy blankets stored for then Murphy bed. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros and Cons

Pros: Easy check-in, quick communication with property owner, very comfortable beds and nice/cozy linens, multiple pools on property, multiple elevators, maids and property owner were all very nice, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Cons: Bathroom vent doesnt work and toilet doesnt flush properly, bathtub looks dirty, a broken beach chair provided that couldnt be used, sand in beds when we pulled back sheets for the 1st time, dirty floors, small balcony, building appeared old/outdated/and slightly rundown, appliances were very old and looked dirty, 2 inches of crumbs in the bottom of toaster, harassed by a homeless man late at night outside the front of building. Overall, we had a fairly nice stay, but i wouldnt rent this unit again. Not worth the price.

Guest stayed on the busiest weekend of the year but it is not an excuse for the place be found dirty. We have hired a new company to do the cleaning.

Great location and clean condo

We had an amazing stay at this condo. The location was perfect. The condo was really clean and had everything we needed. We’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and this is my favorite so far. We enjoyed the pools and the picnic areas. Picnic areas have brand new furniture. We had a great time. Lesly was there to answer any questions we had. We absolutely loved this condo. We already made a reservation to come back. You will not be disappointed!

The rental was nice, clean and communication with the property owner was good.

Friendly owner, clean inside, cute decorations, and responsive to our concerns with the location…unfortunately we had to ck out a day later due to the surroundings of the resort.

Very Nice Oceanfront Condo

The little condo was really nice! The bed linens were high quality and I slept extremely well. The tub was extra deep which allowed for a good soak. The owners responded quickly to questions and concerns. They really tried to make things special with their decor and they even had kcups for the Keurig. The view from the balcony was awesome. Check in was quick and easy as was check out. I actually looked at other units that were for sale and most were not as updated. I would definitely rent again!

Comfortable and updated condo with oceanfront views and close to boardwalk. The space was well stocked. Internet was reliable and landlord responded promptly to any inquiries. Would love to stay again

Lovely, clean condo on the beach

Great, clean space with comfortable beds and access to pools, hot tub and beach. Enjoyed the two person jetted tub and the beach toys, chairs and umbrellas provided. Only con would be the oven/stove controls not being marked and kitchen could use a new pair of scissors. Also loved the decor, wish we could've stayed longer.

The Condo has a beautiful ocean view, we really enjoyed our three days there.

We enjoyed our nights at the balcony with the ocean just in front of us, and our kids had so much fun at the pools. In general we felt very comfortable. Lesly was super nice and very helpful when we had to deal with a minor situation. We definetely want to come back soon.

You're on the 11th floor directly on the beach... It's almost impossible to have a better view of the ocean. And that's what we come for, so this condo was almost perfect for us! the appliances are pretty outdated, and the oven/stove knobs are so worn that they don't have any markings on them, so you kind of have to guess at how hot you're setting things. The listing stated that there was laundry on the 1st floor, but that's not accurate, there's no laundry in the building, so that was a bit of a bummer, but not fatal. Again, it's ON the beach, it's super high and it was a spectacular time! The beach chairs provided were super high quality and very comfortable, and my family had a wonderful time for our first visit to Myrtle Beach!

My Myrtle Beach stay

The room was clean and big enough for myself son and nephew. In fact I had room for one more...I wasn't very familiar with the satellite remote but figured it out thanks to the owner sending me the TV guide by text. The Lazy River did not have innertubes to float around on and the pools could have been cleaner. The sofa was ripped at the bottom by the leg before we got there...she stated she would be replacing it. We stayed an additional day and would have liked to gotten a better discount but stayed anyway. Overall, it was a decent room and a nice stay.
