South Seas Club of Marco Island is a beautiful beachfront condo. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, shelling, swimming, and fishing on three and one half mile of exquisite white sandy beach. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. Here one can ride a swamp buggy, airboat, or explore other excursions. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts.

Common laundry located on each and every floor for guests to use while here at a minimal fee.

Registration/Parking fee of $100(subject to change) due upon arrival for the full stay per vehicle.

We have rented at South Sea Towers for six years and This was our second time staying in this unit. It’s truly one of our favorite units. The view is great and the condo is very well appointed. The furniture is extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We hope to rent the same unit when we return in 2026 for our seventh stay. Also, Harborview Rentals were great to work with.

Newly Renovated With a Gorgeous View

The condo was all new. Did a great job with furnishings and decor. TVs are all great. Kitchen well stocked. The complex is in a great location and the amenities are endless! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely. It had recently been renovated -- and you could tell. The views from the balcony were awesome, and the walk to the beach was very easy. The pool was spectacular and warm! The condo had towels, beach chairs, and a beach cart, as well as small coolers and some beach toys. We had a wonderful time, and would recommend it to others. We even had a small issue with the kitchen faucet, which was rectified in a very timely manner. Great experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great experience. The unit was the nicest we have been in during our years of vacationing at Marco Island. It was immaculate except that the windows were dirty. I was told it was a film but that was not the case. The unit was extremely well appointed.Our comments/concerns were that there was only one full set of keys, ceiling fans are greatly needed in the bedrooms, and a concern that only the hallways had sprinklers for fire suppression with no obvious fire exstingquishers. Fantastic Restaurants: Kretch's, Mareks, Arturro's, Philly Grill, Rookies, Su's, Doreen's, Bistro Soleil, & Davide.

Disappointing

The grounds of the property are well maintained and centrally located to great restaurants and shopping. Condo itself is in need of a deep clean (baseboards, shower tile, shower heads, light switches, were all quite dirty) and bed linens could use an upgrade. Biggest takeaway are the excessive and brutally enforced pool rules. This property's ameneties are far from family friendly. Pool rules state no balls, no jumping, no food. The "security guard" at the pool during the day was ruthless in her enforcement of said rules, but it seems that she liked to pick and choose who to enforce them with. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is the property is NOT family friendly. There are plenty of condos to stay at on Marco Island. I would highly consider researching others befoew booking at South Seas if you want a family friendly atmosphere.

Like a Five Star Hotel

The condo is very well equipped with all the things you need to have a comfortable enjoyable stay. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare most every dish you want to prepare. The appliances are top of the line and the refrigerator has a very reliable ice maker. The condo offers 2 types of coffee makers. As with all condo rentals there’s a toaster but, no toaster oven. I’m not certain why that is the practice. The condo has beautiful views of the Gulf with gorgeous sunsets. From the entry way you can view the sunrise. It is very conveniently located to lots of restaurants and food stores. I was very impressed with how quickly the host addressed an issue we had with the king sized bed. After a few nights of sleeping on a very firm mattress the host supplied a soft mattress pillow top at our request to make the bed more comfortable. Our 2 weeks at the condo were extremely enjoyable and we hope to return in 2025. I highly recommend this unit as it has everything you need to make your visit an extremely enjoyable experience.

It is very comfortable, it has wonderful views, and it has been modernized in a way that makes for a wonderful stay. While the walk to the beach is a bit long, it is worth it, and the extra distance is a small price to pay for the unobstructed view. We will return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in many different units in South Seas, and this Tower 4, unit 1601, is one of the most comfortable ones! It was well thought through and stocked with everything you might need during your stay. From fully equipped kitchen, to comfortable beds and all necessary beach supplies, it is well suitable for families with kids or adults only. We loved the new recliner sofas in living room, very comfortable and perfect for restful evening. And the views of the gulf and sunsets were just amazing! We don’t use pool area at all so I can’t say anything about that.The only few things I wish were better are:•The sliding door to the balcony. The screens were hard to move, both parts were unhitched, so we had to move each one separately and it was difficult to reach for the second screen in the middle of the door. It also didn’t line up well on rails, creating a little open gap.•Kitchen knifes were rusty, I had to scrub them with baking soda for half an hour before they could be used.•One of the drawer handles in the master bathroom came off right away so we ended up not using that one.•You can hear the wind whistling by the front door, making it hard to sleep for light sleepers in the guest bedroom. It was a lot louder on very windy days. I’m not sure if it’s the high floor issue, but we had stayed on top floors previously and didn’t have this issue. So, it’s probably the gaps around the door that need to be fixed.Overall it’s a very nice unit and I’d stay there again.

I walked both morning and sunset time along the beach, spent afternoons at the pool and had delicious seafood dinners out each night. The property management checked in with me asking if all was good and telling me to call if any questions or concerns.

It was more than fully equipped, super clean and with a great view of Marco out the front door and the gulf out the back door. Wonderful sunsets!! It is quite a hike to the beach, though.We usually rent a house with a pool and prefer it to fighting for pool loungers, waiting for elevators and carts to haul things up and down. It’s just our personal preference. The property was well secured and very clean.

Great room, great views, and great property. The only issue was the cost of parking.

Great room with great views. The room has everything needed for the beach and more. Highly recommend this unit. Only issue with the room was low water pressure in the master bedroom. Issue with the resort is the cost of parking for the week is $100 (which we knew as we stayed here last year). However, we had a visitor drive down and visited for two days. The resort required $100 for our visitor to stay for two days. It was not prorated.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had been booked in another condo and they had a renovation during the time we were there. We were offered this condo instead. The inside of the condo was nice- probably could use a deep clean though. The big issue we had was the pool was closed the entire time we were there with no access to other pool in complex. During May and no pool, is not great!

I never stayed in an such beautiful , well stocked condo ! It was amazing ! The only bad thing was the long walk in the heat to the beach ! But we sucked it up 😍we are not pool people when we go on vacation ! We recon and this condo and we hope we will be back soon 👍

The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need. The walk to the beach was about 1/2 mile from the condo. We loved walking to sand dollar island every morning. The condo could use a good deep clean. The linens could be updated and more beach towels provided. The pool rules are not kid/family friendly. No balls or pool toys allowed. My husband and son couldn’t even play catch outside of the pool on the grass area. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Amazing experience

Highly recommend. This unit was equipped with everything you may need and much more( kitchen stocked up, bedding, bathroom stuff, table games, beach chairs, towels, some toys etc). Great location with the short walk to the beach. Thank you for the hospitality!
