Good place to stay, half an our drive from airport. I worry about sleeping on sofa beds so I decided to stay here since there is 2 beds. Room is on ground floor so easy access, short walk to the beach, maybe 2-3 minutes. Beach is nice, there are few trees right above beach with benches, if you want shaded area to sit at. Parking is close. Pool is close. Room looks into garden area with palm trees and little fountain, very cute. They provide beach chairs, sun umbrella, sand toys and surfing board for kids. They also provide beach towels and everything you need to start like kitchen paper, small shampoo. I did not want to cook on vacation, but there is still big fridge an microwave in a room, all dishes provided, you can make sandwiches, etc and eat on table outside. When I left some drinks out ants came in but as soon as I put everything away it was ok. They worn about it too. Only problem is one day we could hear people from next room talking, when they realized it they kept it down. Good place, I would go back.

The complex was nice and well kept! The unit was neat and clean.

It was a very nice place to stay. We had family at the next complex so it was very convenient! The beach chairs were great, but someone took our boogie board. The parking was a nightmare after 8pm. I also wish we had more food staples.

Perfect Vacation Spot

The place was great! It was clean and very well kept. It had great amenities including beach gear such as chairs, towels, an umbrella, and snorkel gear. Additionally, the kitchen was well stocked. All of this was very much appreciated. The grounds had two pools with hot tubs and grills. I have nothing bad to say. My wife and I would definitely stay here again!

We checks in and the unit had not been cleaned . 2 hours later the cleaning crew arrived .

The curtains did not bkock the sunlight from coming into the bedroom at 6am. We were woken up every morning of our vacation . The washer / dryer was broken . The cable did not work so no TV. Not enough sheets & towels were provided . No parking pass , codes or keys to the facilities were provided . Many problems and no one wanted to help us make out vacation easy . We were extremely disappointed . We made many phone calls and not one person tried to help us .This unit was not worth the money . I have stayed at this property before and loved it . They really failed on this unit. I feel taken advantage of by this rental experience ! I WILL NEVER USE VRBO AGAIN !!!

We would first like to apologize for any trouble you encountered during your stay, as this unit is brand new and we strive to provide all our guests with an exceptional vacation experience in a clean and comfortable environment. Guest convenience is one of our main priorities and it saddens us to hear that you felt that this was not the case for you. Our curtains in the bedrooms were specifically designed to block out the sunlight as we know that some guests might like to sleep in. We have installed a new washer and dryer as well as fixing the television for guest use. Prior to a guests’ arrival, a welcome email is sent that includes everything they will need for a comfortable stay. If there was ever any miscommunication on our end, we truly apologize, as that was not our intention. Along with the usual essentials, this unit provides so much more! Beach towels, coolers, a beach blanket just to name a few. Extra sheets, towels, comforters and pillows are even available and clearly labeled for all future stays. We are working diligently to make sure all future guests have a wonderful experience. Thank you for your feedback as this is how we improve. Your comments have not gone unheard and we appreciate you taking the time for sharing. We are happy to see that you were compensated for your troubles and we hope that this rare instance does not hinder you from staying with us again.

management people very rude

WE were not provided with access code to the room. We had to call to get the code. Our room is used by other people when we arrived at 2:00 PM. Management people said it is normal. There are no blankets for the sofa bed. The pillow cases smells. Carpet smells. They changed the wifi login and password but they didn't notify us. It took us three days to have access to wifi. There are no enough toilet paper. We have to purchase ourselves. We were told by management. cooking utensils are dirty and cooking seasonings are outdated. A lot of problems...I have not time to expound here.

Each guest, prior to their arrival, receives a welcome packet that provides them with detailed information for their rental. If anything was incorrect or any issues emerged, we encourage guests to contact us immediately so we may rectify the situation. Please accept our apologies for any miscommunication that may have occurred during your stay and we will make sure to implement the necessary actions to provide quicker and more efficient service for future guests. You will be glad to know that we have clearly labeled where the sheets, pillows and comforters are located so there is no confusion for guests. As far as toilet paper, there is now an abundance! About 10 extra rolls under the bathroom sink to be exact. The property is fully stocked with dish detergent for the kitchen, laundry detergent and to mention plenty of beach equipment. We are sorry for the distinct odor in the carpets. Our unit is brand new and believe that may have been the reason. Again, thank you for taking the time to comment as we are constantly looking for places where we may improve and we appreciate your feedback. We hope for the opportunity to provide you with excellent service if you choose to stay with us again in the future.
