When it comes to age requirements all non-family groups chaperoned or non-chaperoned must all be at least 25 years of age or older. Ocean View - Located just steps from the ocean approximately one-half mile North of Garden City Pier.

It has one master bedroom suite downstairs and one upstairs, each with a king size bed.

It has three additional bedrooms upstairs; one with a queen bed, one with two full size beds, and one with two queen beds.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

It has granite countertops, a large breakfast serve island, dishwasher and microwave.
