The pool is NOT heated.

When it comes to age requirements all non-family groups chaperoned or non-chaperoned must all be at least 25 years of age or older. Should a group misrepresent itself, or fail to comply, it will be required to vacate the premises immediately without any refund of monies paid. Pets are not allowed at any of our properties. We certify to renters with serious allergies that no pets have been in our properties. If this rule is broken, you will be required to vacate the premises immediately without any refund of monies paid.

Ocean View - Located just steps from the ocean approximately one-half mile North of Garden City Pier.

It has one master bedroom suite downstairs and one upstairs, each with a king size bed.

It has three additional bedrooms upstairs; one with a queen bed, one with two full size beds, and one with two queen beds.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

It has granite countertops, a large breakfast serve island, dishwasher and microwave.

The area also offers a variety of grocery stores, shops, golf courses, amusement parks and so much more.

The large dining room table was often the central gathering spot. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Nice balcony although the weather was cool and rainy so it was used less than we expected.

It was a nice house and the pool was a must because of the heat we were having.We did have some cockroaches in the kitchen but after a call he came to do something about it.The outdoor shower was broken, with all the sand it would have been nice to have it work but its not the worst thing ofcourse.There were not enough chairs outside for everyone (just for half the party) and i would recommend bringing some paper plates etc. Because there were not enough mugs, plates, silverware.The dryer didnt dry, only after you run it 3 times, the dishwasher didnt work properly. The railing of the balcony is loose on some places, so be careful!Although its a nice house with a pool, with all these things, we definitely think the price is way too much.

All in all the week was really great. My sonā€™s family from Athens, Al and my daughters family from NC. My wife and I were really limited because I appear to have torn my right knee MCL. I am finally getting an MRI this week and should know the results next week. The stairs into the unit were very difficult to climb so I was confined to the main floor most of the week. One concern I had was the handrailings did not apear to be sufficiently supported to hold my weight and I ended up falling while going up Friday evening after dinner. My fault. I was slso concerned the railing into the pool appeared to be pvc pipe and not stainless steel like our pool at home. In spite of these shortfalls were had a great stay celebrating our 56 Wedding Anniversary with our immediate family

Beautiful House with perfect location

House was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Short walk to the pier and small shops and cafes. You walk across the street and your on the beach. Owner was great to communicate with, answered all phone calls and questions almost immediately. Would highly recommend!!

Weekend getaway

This 5 bedroom 2 story house worked great for 4 couples and two teens for a long weekend. Big dining table and living area able to accommodate our group. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Nice pool and hot tub for lounging. It is on a busy street with some traffic noise.

Stayed here on a golf trip with 7 guys total. Very spacious and found the property the be as listed. Clean and the manager allowed us to get in early and drop bags well before check in time. Will definitely look to book again

The place was perfect, just like the pictures! plenty of space for all of us to spread out and so close to the beach! one day the hottub wasnt working and i texted fred to let him know and he was at the house and had it fixed within 30 mins!

Spacious, well appointed house

Plenty of room for our large group. Gayle was extremely helpful with the booking process and Fred was immediately available and spot on when a few glitches came up. Only downer- a new gas grill would be needed. The current one is crusted and we couldnā€™t clean it as hard as we tried.

The Family Getaway Thanksgiving Style

This place was a great fit for our family trip!!! it was clean ample room each bedroom had a bathroom personal space kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils 3 refrigerators nice back yard area. Owner was available through text and very prompt. And location was great !!

Siblings get together

Plenty of room for 8 seniors. Lots of stairs getting into the property and to the 2nd level. So if you have a hard time doing stairs this property is not for you. We all managed them okay.

We went down for a family vacation and we had a wonderful time. The Sea Wash was perfect! Easy beach access right across the street. We used the pool every day and the hot tub was so relaxing! Perfect for everyone!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Wash. The home is spacious with plenty of room for our large family. Great location with easy access to the beach. Close to shops and restaurants. Home is spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. Cookware was well organized and easy to find. Having three refrigerators was amazing. Highly recommend staying here.
