Sunny three bedroom Cape with backyard pool is just steps to beautiful John's Pond - great for swimming and fishing! Enjoy the pool in the pretty, fully fenced-in backyard with a 12 x 20 deck with outdoor speakers great for entertaining and grilling.

This young family-style house features 3 spacious, sun filled bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed and a daybed with pull-out, and the downstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed with a daybed. There is also a dedicated office with desk, monitors, and executive chair - in case some office work is necessary.

Bring your bikes and head off through the trails of Mashpee or pedal through the scenic pond front neighborhood. Popular South Cape Beach is just a 12 minute drive away. Finish the day at Mashpee Commons with a great meal, shopping, ice cream and people watching. The New Seabury resort with restaurants, live music, and charming shops are just a couple of miles away.

There's a fireplaced family room with TV/VCR/DVD/stereo, and a spacious eat-in kitchen with sliders to the deck and the stainless steel grill. Also included are a microwave, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, washer/dryer, dishwasher, linens, WIFI, Comcast Cable, and an attached garage for storing all your vacation gear, such as bikes, beach chairs and coolers.

The house was everything as advertised and more. We were very pleased with all aspects of this home. The neighborhood was secluded, the property was in close proximity of the places we wanted to visit and we felt comfortable in the home. The property owners were very welcoming.

Perfect trip, no problems with anything. The house was great, located in a quiet neighborhood. House very clean, beds comfortable and plenty of space for hanging around in the kitchen and outdoor deck. The host was quick to respond and had no trouble checking in.

Comfortable home close to activities

Hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. House was just as described and pictured. Window AC units worked great in heat of summer! Very comfortable beds. Great backyard in a quiet neighborhood. Close to lots of Mashpee and Falmouth activities. Would stay again!

Relaxing Stay

My husband and I had a nice relaxing stay. The house was very comfortable for us and we enjoyed the yard with our pups. The house had all the essentials someone would need for a longer stay. The Mashpee commons were great, close and convenient. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Quaint home

Was in town for a family gathering and location was perfect. Six adults and one infant stayed and it was a perfect size for us. We had stayed with my sister who rented this property five years agofive years ago here five years ago so we were familiar with the property. New furniture and deck was perfect for hanging out on the few sunny days that we had. I my family wants to express a little frustration with the checkout instructions that ask for us to strip the beds we slept in, wash the sheets, and all towels, fold than place in the respective linen cabinets. We had a very early morning flight on Monday and this caused some anxiety on the last day we stayed to make sure we met this requirement for check out.My family has stayed at numerous VRBO properties over the years and this is never been a checkout requirement in any of the locations.There was a review were that mentioned this five years ago and the owner said this requirement is in place to keep the cleaning cost. I then double checked with my sister who rented this Home five years ago and she mentioned yes, she recalled that being a requirement when she checked out and was also frustrated.Iā€™m just passing this on for folks that are on a time crunch or do not want to do laundry or have the physical limitations where they canā€™t meet this requirement.

Great Mashpee house

The house was very comfortable and conveniently located. We were a smaller group and everyone had more than enough space. The backyard deck had plenty of furniture and was a great place to have coffee. The hosts were really excellent, answering the few questions we had almost immediately. We would definitely recommend this property if youā€™re interested in a Cape getaway.

Bachelorette

This was a perfect cape home for a mellow bachelorette weekend. The pool and fire pit were great accommodations for activities. The house is nearby plenty of attractions and restaurants. Lovely clean property

Quiet location near Mashpee Commons. Our extended family has a lovely Thanksgiving gathering. The kitchen is well appointed. Beds are comfortable. Slept 6 comfortably. Very clean and nicely maintained. Thank you!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The house is really nice and the beds super comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and has community staples to share. The walk-in shower on the first floor was great for my mother-in-law. Beautiful quiet neighborhood.

Comfortable and Spacious

All the comforts of home was within this beautiful Cape! Everything we needed or could possibly ask for was there! Backyard and deck were spacious, and spent many an evening toasting marshmallows around the fire pit, and an occasional swim in the pool! Loved the area, and Johns Pond was beautiful and picturesque! Ideally close to shopping centers, mini golf, and the beaches! A wonderful vacation week that we wonā€™t hesitate to return!!!!!

A wonderful stay

We greatly enjoyed our family get-away to the Cape, and this house was the perfect peaceful retreat that we were looking for. Communication with the owners was very good. The house is well-appointed with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, including loads of extra linens. The kitchen and grill allowed us to enjoy a home-cooked meal with ample space and tools. We were a small group, but the house could accommodate even larger families with its 3 bedrooms and 6 beds! My only complaint was the presence of some creepy crawlies, which the owner said he would promptly address. Late Spring is a buggy time of year! The house is located in a peaceful setting with quick access to Mashpee Commons and ferry parking in Falmouth. Just beware that there is a difficult left turn out of the neighborhood when heading to Mashpee Commons area. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this lovely home!

This house was great for what we needed for the weekend. It is just down the street from the commons so if you need anything it is not far. the owners were so nice and helpful prior to our check in and there were no issues.

Great stay!

We had a family wedding at a venue a couple of miles away. This was the perfect location and size house for 5 of us! The house was exactly as described... beds comfortable. The communication was good as well. I would definitely recommend this property! I just wish we had more time as most of the weekend was taken up by wedding related events. Would have liked to have had time to just hang out more.
