Just outside the kitchen door, the redesigned heated deck offers the perfect spot to catch the sunrise or host family gatherings. The deck leads to one of the most secluded beach areas in Palmetto Dunes, providing a peaceful retreat by the ocean.

For the kids, the newly added bunkroom on the second floor is a space designed for fun and relaxation, with sleeping accommodations for 6. • Pool Heat *Gas heat available for $675 plus tax for the week (March-October) and $1,000 plus tax for the week (November - February). An Electric Heat Pump can be used to heat the pool from April - September for an additional fee of $300 plus tax per week, as it only heats the pool 20 degrees warmer than the lowest outdoor temperature. Spa Heat* is gas heat and can be heated for an additional $225 + weekly tax. (NOT INCLUDED WITH POOL HEAT)
