Beautiful Townhouse located in a private secured community that includes a park, a tennis court, a restaurant, 2 pools, a splendid private beach and possibilities for walking and cycling in all tranquility!

The Townhouse is the only one in the community with 4 king bed mattress with 4 private bathroom. It was built in June 2017, has been designed and decorated with the greatest care to maximize the well-being of each of its traveler.
The Townhouse which is double air conditioning, includes a large kitchen, dishwasher, stove, fridge, coffee maker and a Nespresso with coffee capsules, a microwave, a pantry. A large living room with a 58 inch Smart TV, a Bose sound system, a DVD, high speed internet, wifi, free parking, washer-dryer, three terrace balconies that invite you to enjoy every wonderful moment. You also have the choice to eat either in the dining room that can accommodate up to 8 people, which has a superb view of the sea or on the magnificent terrace which has a BBQ and table that can accommodate up to 8 people too

There are also 4 superb bedrooms each with king beds, with 2 pillow choices, soft or firm for the comfort of each person, luxurious bedding, 42 inch Smart TV, wardrobe and extra covers. Each room also has its own bathroom, toilet, vanity, shower, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hair dryer. Everything has been thought out to make everyone feel like in a Hotel.

You have a great pool with chair just front of the townhouse. You have free access! You can bring your foods, yours drinks, towels, games beach, floating that it have in the closet in the townhouse. This pool is specially just for the townhouse starfish! The row who is on the beach and the row where the townhouse is. If you would like to use the other pool, the one called "Private Pool Club" you just need to go at the welcome center! We paid the member ship, which gives you the right to benefit from the small price! Which is 10$ us per day per person! Don't forget to ask your ticket towel ;-)

In Palm Cay, we have a great restaurant. Some special everyday. Ask the Welcome Center to know what it have on your vacation time.

It have a Spa (massage), Gym, bicycles, paddle boards, that you can have access with extra charge! Just need to go at the Welcome Center to have more informations if you would like to use and enjoy one of them!

And if you want to spend a day at the beach, you have 4 beautiful blue chairs and 4 black chairs that can be easily transported, beach towels, cooler to bring your drinks, game of arrows, ring game, sand games for children, inflatable lounge chairs and a super paddle board as well as 4 tennis rackets and balls, 2 bicycles, a high chair for your little children and a park for their safety.

Once on site, there will be at your disposal, a detailed Map with various nice restaurants, activities, shopping. All so that you can enhance your stay on this wonderful island, NASSAU !!
Ps: You want to have a transport at your arrival, a chef for your stay or a part of your stay, a relaxing massage on the beach, access to the refurbished Club House in Palm Cay, or go sailing to visit the Exumas or take a ferry to see other islands, we have the references. Nothing is impossible for you to have a great stay!
