60 steps to the beach and pool! And just a short stroll to the members beach club and restaurant. This is luxury! This is a DOUBLE unit, it is not like the usual Palm Cay unit! It is the most luxurious double unit we have in Palm Cay, Starfish Isle -the closest units built to the beach!

This 5 bedroom villa comprises two luxury townhomes (Yes! A double unit!) converted into one stunning large vacation home. Although the home is not on the beach it is just 60 steps away!

Dreamtime was the original Palm Cay model show home, so it is furnished with Restoration Hardware furniture and luxury amenities. There is a large living room downstairs and an additional Billiards/pool table upstairs living room area! 2 LARGE living areas for the family!

Exactly as described and everything all the other reviews say! This place was amazing and we were a group of 8 and were all extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Beautiful and safe property, everyone loved the pool and stunning private beach. A short drive to anything you may need and many different beaches. Loved the book with recommendations it was very helpful and appreciated. Definitely recommend!!

The perfect house for a big group! House is exactly as pictured and has everything you need. Mike the host was super easy to work with an ensured check in was super seamless. Our stay at Palm Cay Resort was absolutely incredible! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably maintained, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Bahamas. The marina, private beach, and pools were all outstanding, with crystal-clear water and breathtaking views everywhere you looked.The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We loved being close to Nassau and Paradise Island while still enjoying the quiet, exclusive atmosphere of Palm Cay.One of the highlights of our trip was hiring private chef @celebritychefeverton1972. Every meal was restaurant-quality, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Chef Everton made our vacation even more special with outstanding food, incredible hospitality, and a personalized dining experience we won’t forget. If you’re staying at Palm Cay, we highly recommend booking him—you won’t be disappointed!This was truly one of our favorite vacations, and we can’t wait to return. We highly recommend Palm Cay Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, upscale getaway in the Bahamas.

The property accommodation was 8 in my group.It was home away from home. Location was far from town. Cab ride is about 50 to 75 a ride.This property offered the clubhouse amenities which were phenomenal!. Private beach have adult pool comfortable table and chairs poolside and on the beach.Restaurants on site has great food. Starbucks on site as well.The gas grill at the house is due for a new one (owner states one is on the way). If you are on the 3rd floor you may experience no hot water and it may be an issue with cooling.

Amazing week. Mike was a brilliant host and nothing was too much trouble to sort. House exceptionally well equipped an even managed to cook a Christmas turkey. Beds super comfortable too. Highly recommend and perfect location.

Just got back from the most incredible stay at Palm Cay in the Bahamas with four friends, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. The villa was absolutely stunning—exactly like the photos (which almost never happens), beautifully designed, spotless, and truly luxurious. The private beach felt like our own little slice of paradise—quiet, pristine, and perfect for relaxing or long walks. What really made the experience next level was the staff. Everyone was so warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly—it felt like we were being taken care of by people who truly cared about our experience.And the food… wow. The Pink Octopus was a standout—every meal was delicious, and they had great options for all kinds of dietary needs, which made it easy for everyone in our group to enjoy.This was one of those trips where everything just exceeded expectations. I would go back in a heartbeat—don’t hesitate to book this place. You won’t regret it.

Fantastic villa and location

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 (5 adults and 3 children (4 and under). The amenities were amazing. Kitchen very well-provisioned, new porta-crib, high chair and all the things we needed. Plenty of linens, comfortable beds, and just a walk across the parking lot to the beach! A small ocean view from the kitchen was delightful. Access to the club was included and was beautiful with beach towels, sunscreen, and fabulous views. We had a maintenance issue and Mike, our host, was very welcoming and responsive to that and my many questions!We utilized some of the services in the booklet and had great experiences with them including a half day boat trip, delicious dinner (x2) at the Pink Octopus, and a massage.

Amazing property

Awesome place

Michael is a fantastic host. He took myself, wife and daughter around to find a new phone while in the Bahamas. Spent several hours with us and we learned a lot about each other. Oh yeah, the place is amazing as well!! Couldn't ask for a better host or place to stay for the nine of us. When we come back to the Bahamas we will certainly stay here again. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it was clean, beautifully designed, and very spacious. The resort's gated environment added an extra layer of security, ensuring a safe and peaceful experience. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it.

Everything I could if wished for and more

Hosts were incredibly helpful, and very welcoming indeed. Honestly couldn’t have asked for more, exquisite location, beautiful accommodation, great facilities, exclusive area and with high levels of security that ensured it felt very secure for my family.

The place is exactly as described. Do rent a car if you want to move around and see more of the island. The beach is swallow when the tide is low when it’s not there it’s a decent beach to swim and snorkel. The house manager was great she responded quickly and corrected any issues we had. The one issue we had is the Wi-Fi is not great it’s a huge house 3 floors we had six guest so the Wi-Fi speed would lag at times lots of buffering. That being said you’re on vacation so not a deal breaker. There is. Restaurant and small cafe on site next to the Martina.
