Courtside 113 is a two-story townhouse, one flight above street level. Courtside is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. King bed in master bedroom, two doubles in bedroom 2, living room has queen sleeper sofa.

Great location!

The condo was a quick walk to the beach and had everything for a wonderful vacation. The rental company even offered a credit for beach rentals so we got bikes and beach chairs for free, which was an unexpected bonus.

Summer Vacay

Second time staying at Courtside Villas and did not disappoint. Walking distance to the beach and pool was a great treat afterwards. Coligny Plaza is just a quick bike ride or walk away for shopping and dining.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! Walking distance to nearly everything we did throughout the week including bike rentals which were nearby. Pool was clean and relaxing. Would definitely recommend as we would not hesitate to come back for another stay.

Excellent stay!

Courtside 113 was very clean and tastefully decorated! Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied. Air conditioner worked well. Location was great - short walk to the beach or Coligny Plaza, and a pool out the back door. Would definitely stay here again!

Beach Experience

Walk to the beach is easy. Only negative was loud partying around pool area one night from 1-2am. Clean and comfortable.

Enjoyed our time!

Always love the location of this property. We have stayed at many courtside properties and this one was as nice as any! Clean, comfortable beds. We did have trouble finding extra sheets for the pullout couch bed. But we ended up not needing it so it was fine. If you plan to use it though, be cautious. Other than that it was a great stay and I only have good things to say!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very spacious, nicely appointed, clean, and only about a 5 minute walk from the beach. The pool is very clean and well maintained also. Location very convenient to Coligny area with lots of shopping and restaurants. It's far enough away from the Coligny public beach access though that the beach was not overly crowded. We had a great stay! Highly recommend!

Great location

Great location, but lack of attention when it comes to cleaning. The cleaning crew just sweeps around everything, there was stuff under the kitchen and coffee tables. The kitchen walls need a good wipe down. There is also a lack of blankets in the unit. Towels in the unit are hit or miss, some are great and other are super thin and have holes. The noise from the pool goes on all night. The bikes are awesome to have.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was. Rey average. We overlooked the pool from our second floor unit we did have some concerns re mould and the telephone. The telephone was a quick fix. We were given a new one. The mould was a different problem. The inside of the toilet tank in the master was just covered. We would not have noticed, but the toilet was not working properly and we had to remove the top of the tank to fix it. That was when we discovered all this mould. The property manager fixed the toilet problem and got rid of the mould, however, as the days went on, I saw black mould forming around the water level of the toilets...all of them. The owners have a mould problem in their unit. I have been coming to Hilton Head for thirty two years and have never had this problem before. All beds should be replaced. By the way, the whole complex was being reroof end while we were there. We left for home early.

Pros: location, master bedroom and bath comfortable, nice TV in living room.Cons: lighting in kitchen poor, pool not open until April 1 was the highest disappointment to grand kids. That should be clearly stated in on line property description, and it was not.

Everything functioned well. Beds very comfortable, nice bathrooms. It was a bit dark inside so we got higher wattage bulks. Nice dining room table set, living room furniture was too soft and quite uncomfortable. Beach chairs would have been a good addition. We were not eligible for the discount. A nice unit. Seashore Vacations was helpful and easy to work with - thank you.

It’s been updated beautifully to have all you need in terms of beds and comfy living room seats. If you are like us and enjoy good blankets even on hot days I would suggest to bring your own. Otherwise this place was well stocked and for our party of 4 adults and 2 kids it was PERFECT!! We plan to rent this one again!!
