ROADS: This home is in a mountain town. As such, you can expect dirt roads, potholes (due to things like traffic and rain), and slow speed limits. We recommend driving appropriate vehicles for the conditions.

WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE RECOMMENDED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS.

~ PARKING: The driveway offers plenty of room for parking snowmobile and ATV trailers. It s a wraparound drive for ease of trailer parking.
