Serenity Garden is a renovated waterfront home surrounded by lush gardens that feels like your own tropical paradise. It is convenient to all the local attractions, yet is situated in a quiet secure neighborhood in South East Cape Coral on a cul-de-sac. It is in the coveted Yacht Club neighborhood, located South of Cape Coral Parkway (LESS THAN 2 MILES TO CAPE CORAL BEACH) with a TRITOON BOAT available for rent. You can't get a better location!! Walk or ride the bikes to The Tiki at Dolphin Key (World's largest tiki hut), Jungle Bird Tiki and The Monkey Bar. It is on a wide canal, just minutes from the Caloosahatchee River, then direct to the Gulf of Mexico. Swim in your private heated pool or go boating/fishing. Southeast Cape Coral is full of unique dining, shopping, & ecotourism/parks.

Walk in and you will see the unmatched view and indoor/outdoor living. The three bedrooms have been custom outfitted in beach themed furniture and décor. Two baths will be stocked for your convenience. Two couches and 55 inch flat screen complete the living room. Dine inside at our 6 man wine themed dining area, or take in the view and dine on the lanai at our 6 man poolside table. The pool is heated to 80 degrees free of charge and ready for you to enjoy. Take a dip in the hot tub or fish off of our dock. At sunset, we have spent many evening watching the dolphins play at the base of the canal. After a day at the beach, relax in the hot tub on the lanai. We have two cruisers bikes available for your use. Ride our bikes to the beaches, restaurants, and Publix grocery store. Not included in most rentals but included in ours are hotel robes, bikes, & hot tub. Come to play or just relax at Serenity FL Garden.

**BOAT DETAILS**: The Bentley Tritoon (Seats up to 10) is available to add to your stay. The boat can be rented for $299 per day plus tax (4 day minimum). You must be born before Jan 1, 1988 to drive the boat and have two year's experience. The boat rental company will provide an invoice and rental agreement. We need advance notice prior to your arrival to schedule the boat for you.

NEED TO KNOW:
POOL: The pool is heated to 80 degrees free of charge in the winter (November 1-April 15th). If you would like it heated higher, it is $50 per week.
FOR LITTLE ONES: Pack and play and portable highchair available upon request for no additional fee.
DOGS: Up to two small dogs are allowed, with a $149 flat fee per stay. Just click pets when you checkout on your reservation.
