Our house is located just a short seven-minute walk away from Tropicana's 'The Quarter', IMAX movie theater, Comedy Stop, Bluemercury SPA and one of the best places to just hanging out on the Boardwalk, and it all way's free entree to the beach, the best in Atlantic City.
From lounges to state of the art dance clubs, fine dining to beach bars, live entertainment, comedy clubs and more, it's all here in Atlantic City and we invite you to experience it in luxury in one of the best sections of Atlantic City.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

Our Huge, Luxurious, 4 bedroom House has flat screen smart TVs in leaving room, cable, wireless high-speed internet and much more. Come and stay in our beautiful, contemporary decorated brand new, 1962 square foot home, located just 2 blocks from Boardwalk and beach. Come and see for yourself 'the facelift' Atlantic City went through and experience the best Casinos and nightlife Atlantic City has to offer.

There is plenty of room for family and friends. Four bedrooms: large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, full-size bed and queen sofa sofa-bed, the second bedroom has a two full-sized bed, and the third bedroom has a full-sized and bunk bed with full and single. The bedroom on a first floor has a day bed and full new bathroom and leaving room has a three couches. One full bathroom in the Master bedroom, first floor with full and 1/2 bath, and another full bath in the hallway of the second floor with shower. Fully equipped kitchen with new stove/oven, dishwasher, and plenty of cooking utensils to satisfy the gourmet cook. There is a front porch for relaxing. At night take advantage of an unobstructed view of the casinos’ lights from your private yard. Central air, full-sized washer and dryer, and much more. Plus parking on my driveway for up to 4 cars, if you need more, just ask an owner. E-mail us for details.

Plenty of space, but questionable location

Nicely maintained property, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Make sure to bring your own towels as there were only a few. Washer & dryer were in a locked closet and not accessible to visitors. Also, plan to Uber/taxi everywhere. It was more like 5-6 blocks from the beach/boardwalk and in an area we didn’t feel comfortable walking around late at night

Very clean and convenient location

Very clean property. Plenty of sleeping areas and bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, pots, etc. spacious driveway for parking multiple vehicles. The location is very convenient. We will definitely return the next time we are in AC.

Big house, close to the action!

The house suited our needs perfectly. It was clean for the most part. We had a group of friends in town for a weekend concert series. There were beds for everyone and we could walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Big deck on the back with seating for everyone was awesome. The manager, Galina was great to work with. I needed to push my reservation back a year due to covid and it was no problem. She also accommodated my early check-in and pet request, parking, etc. I have to say that the place is dated, and the photos must be old because they do not accurately reflect the condition of the house. Chipped walls, ceilings, floors. Backyard was a bit of a mess with beer cans and garbage that predated our visit. Deck could use a power wash, fence is beaten up. We thought the neighborhood was interesting, but some people might think it's a little dicey. Also as someone else mentioned there was unidentified stains on the wall in the master bedroom. It's expensive. Overall I would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent stay and very convenient location

Very spacious accommodations for a group of ten adults. Yard, deck and grill worked out perfectly for barbecuing two days in a row. Short walk, a few blocks, to the beach and boardwalk and of course the Tropicana as well if you are looking to gamble or do the whole casino thing. Plenty of bathrooms and more than enough seating for all guests to eat and hang at all times, never felt cramped!

Overall good

The house was a great location. Not too far from all the attractions. The host was readily available. Everything worked fine and very spacious. The TV upstairs didn't work and I feel like the house could have been a bit cleaner (It wasn't dirty, i just have a high sense of cleanliness). We enjoyed ourselves overall. Would probably stay again to utilize the spacious backyard.

AC getaway

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for a large group for sleeping and hanging out. Property owner Galina was very responsive and even sent someone to the house to add the ESPN channel per our request when we wanted to watch a game. Excellence overall experience at this house. Would definitely recommend.

Slightly Disappointed

This property was very spacious and accommodating for our large group. However, I was a little disappointed that we were charged an additional $50 to utilize the washer/dryer. From my experience with renting vacation homes if the property had a washer/dryer it was part of the price in renting it and there was no additional cost after you have paid for your stay. Any who, once we tried to use it, we found that the water was off from the washer and the gas was off on the dryer. This really irritated me as I didn't like the fact that I was paying additional to utilize and then they were not ready to be used. Thankfully, my husband knew what to do to get them both working. Another disappointment was the overall cleanliness of the house. It wasn't terribly bad but with the the owner emphasizing to thoroughly clean before we leave I would have expected it to be thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. Now, I did pay $100 more to check in 2 hrs early but I don't feel that my initial 4pm check in would have made a difference in my expectations. All in all, my family and I enjoyed AC and made the best of our vacation stay despite the above things listed.

Spacious house with nice rooms and bathrooms that are updated. Outback has ample space on the deck to chill and grill. Lots of room to relax down stairs as well with a huge tv and good WIFI. I had a large group and we still had space

Went for a bachelor party and had a great time! Owner was very responsive whenever I had a question and the house was beautiful. Lots of room and set up to accommodate a lot of people. I absolutely recommend.

This property was well maintained and had plenty of space for our group of 14 people. (Seriously plenty of space). The location was great for our purposes. I highly recommend this property. The host is prompt with replying to questions and easy to communicate with. It was a great stay. Thank you, Galina!

Not so unpleasant Bait and Switch

We actually ended up staying in a different house rented out by the home owner due to maintenance issues. She informed us of the switch about two days prior to our stay. The house we stayed in was about a mile further from where we wanted to be and although the owner offered extra street parking permits for the inconvenience she reneged after inquiry. The house itself was larger, had ample parking in the driveway (5 cars), and fit our needs rather well. It was clean and well maintained despite being outdated in certain areas. Most importantly there was a full tank of gas in the grill. Overall it was a pleasant enough experience. I would have given five stars if it weren't for the last minute switch and the parking pass situation which I believe were anomalies judging from past positive reviews. Despite the hiccups I would definitely recommend this property/home owner. Thank you for the stay!

Far from "luxurious", both in the home and the owner.

On paper, the house sounded great. It had the space we needed for a party of 15 and the location was great. The homeowner was responsive and I was excited for a bachelorette weekend. Upon arrival, the house was spacious and looked great on the surface. However, after a few hours we began to notice some issues with the house. In the main floor, there were crushed bugs on the wall and the towel bar in the downstairs bathroom was broken with no notice. The kitchen had rotten fruit and there was food under the oven. Walking up the stairs, there were scuffmarks on the wall. In the first bathroom, there was a used Band-Aid in the shower. In the bedroom with the bunkbeds, there were white stains on the linens and waterbottles and other clothing items under the beds. In the master bedroom, however, the main issues were found. There were more dead bugs on the wall, and that was the best case scenario. There were unknown stains behind the headboard, and worst of all what appeared to be crusted vomit on the wall and lampshade. There were more mysterious white stains, and bedbug spray in the bathroom (which later led to bedbug bites from the three people that stayed in that room). Despite the issues, we decided to enjoy our first night and watch TV. When someone paying to stay in the house pulled into the driveway to bring their stuff in, within 15 minutes they were met with a note to remove the car immediately or else the police would be called. The next morning, after we noticed that our feet were completely black from walking around the house barefoot, we decided to contact the owner. A member of the party explained that the house was dirty and that it was unacceptable and filed a formal complaint. The homeowner offered to send a cleaning crew now, to which my friend explained that we were going to the beach and would not be home to be around our belongings. Galina then became progressively angrier and yelled back at the person on the phone saying that there was nothing more she could do and hung up the phone. After leaving, the emails got continuously nasty. Galina, upon being asked to refund the cleaning fee to me, stated that I was "looking for a good time" and that I was "up to something" which is why we did not want a cleaning crew to come. She then said that I lied on the contract and had more people than we agreed (which was not the case). After 3 weeks late on the refund, she tried to charge me the CC fee that she should have paid. Appalling.

Perfect bachelor Party Spot

Stayed here for a bachelor party, the house easily fit 10 people, and was no more than a 10 dollar uber ride from any where we wanted to go. Highly recommended

The only thing that was an issue was that in the description it says washer and dryer available but the closet was locked. I called the owner and asked if we could use it and get the combination she said no because we didn't request it before we checked in. Other than that it was a great experience.

Never again

We rented this property for a bachelorette. The only reason why I'm giving this house a fair review is because it was large enough to accommodate all the ladies who attended and it was close to the casinos. With that said, we had arrived to Atlantic city earlier than planned and were exhausted. We contacted the owner and asked if we could check in 2 hours earlier. She informed us of the amount. As a group we thought that it was an outrageous amount so opted to not check in two hours early. We then realized how tired we were from our 7 hour drive and asked to check in an hour early making our check in time at 3pm not our schedule 4pm. The amount we paid for early check in was stupid. We arrived at the property at 2:51pm and went to the door. The owner opened the door and did not look happy. We apologized for being a few minutes early. That is when she said to us she would need to charge us for the extra 9 minutes we were early. Seem completely unreasonable to us!! We then stated we would sit in our cars out front for the next 9 minutes until check in. She then proceeded to give us horrible looks, laugh under her breath and slam the door on our faces!!! Not the greatest first impression!! Honestly, we were all so taken back by this! After we waited 9 minutes outside in the street we checked in. The house smelt like someone had smoked something in it (not cigarettes). The owner began to show us around. We decided to take photos of the property so she wouldn't hold us accountable FOR ANYTHING. She got nervous and asked us why we were taking photos. We told her our reasoning and she "tried" to lighten up. After our horrible check in the vacation went well. Let's fast forward 3 weeks after we leave and I still had not received my deposit that was supposed to be returned 2 weeks after our check out date. After having to contact the owner multiply times I received my deposit. Overall the owner was unprofessional and I would never return to her property again. She made us pay extra to check in early but wanted to charge even more for being 9 minutes early. I understand checking in early cost more but honestly 9 minutes early??? She was 100% ok with asking for money for an early check in but didn't follow her own contract and with held my deposit for almost an extra 2 weeks. If I had not contacted her would I have received my money at all?

House was clean and easy to get in and out of. Close to the casinos and lots of room.

Stayed for a Bachelor party this weekend. Came into the house after a day of golf. Very easy to find and very easy to get into the house. We watched football, got cleaned up and walked to the Casino for dinner. Maybe 5 to 7 minutes. Easy trip back at night also. Everyone basically had there own room since there are plenty of rooms. All in all I would recommend the house compared to renting a bunch of hotel rooms. It's clean, easy in and out and fairly priced.
