Charming, 2600 square foot, two story house is beautifully and recently decorated. It features a stunning view of the Gulf, located directly on the Beach near Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores, Alabama. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.

White sand non-commercial beach - great for family activities. Furnished deck facing beach, under house parking, and outside private shower to wash off the sand. Many of our guests return each year. Once you've experienced our wonderful vacation home, you'll want to come back again and again.

For other properties owned by Kent and Karen Gable, visit Sugar Shack vrbo 738238 and Sisters vrbo 903859 all 3 properties are located beside eash other.

We enjoyed our stay. It was rainy the first couple of days but there were puzzles in the house which we worked. Only thing we missed was a covered deck. Great place to stay and we would stay there again!

Just beautiful. It was a little chilly during our stay for Thanksgiving but we loved that we coukd still enjoy the view from all the windows. Kitchen has everything you need to make a Thanksgiving meal. The pictures really dont do it justice. Its nicer in person. Beach is a 20 second walk. You can sit inside and keep an eye on your family out on the beach. Just overal wonderful experience and we highly recommend.

Our second visit

Beautiful, unique on the water that has had impeccable care. We enjoyed it so much on the first visit 4 years ago. We chose, and we're thankful for the availability for this second visit.

The baseboards in the hall bathroom are covered in dirt. They just need a good scrubbing and they’d be great. I also suggest providing at least one dishwasher pod so we can run the dishwasher before we leave. Instead everything has to be hand washed unless you purchase your own. Most places I stay provide them.

Coco Beach House

Property was exactly as listed. Easy check-in and check-out. Beautiful beachfront property. There is lots of steps to get into the property so it can be difficult to navigate for those with mobility issues. Pool was nice and well-maintained.

This property was great! It was nice to have access to the pool, an easy walk to the beach, and a wonderful view of the ocean from the deck and all of the windows inside. Easy drive to town but felt private and not in the middle of a crowd. We will stay again!

Perfect wedding site!

This house is exactly like the pics. It was very clean and very well stocked with everything you could need. Was perfect for our small family wedding event! Loved having the beach right in front of us without having to walk very far. Will definitely book again for future family vacation!

Great property, wonderful owners

We have rented houses from these owners for the last 4 years and have had nothing but great experiences. The pool is always well maintained and even when the fridge failed this year, Karen had a new one there and installed immediately. Highly recommended this property!

Fantastic place to stay.

We had 13 people in our family ranging from 3-68. The house was fabulous. They had everything we need. Beach was pristine! Water great! We couldn't have picked a better place. We will be back next year! Thanks for a fabulous vacation!

Our family loved Coco Beach House! The views from all the beach facing windows were amazing! The house was perfect for us! The owner was very responsive to questions and helpful. Beachfront, quiet area

This was our third visit to Fort Morgan and each visit has been in one of this owner's properties. The house is exactly as advertised. It is gorgeous! The location is perfect for a quiet getaway, directly on the beach and away from the crowds. The owner is always responsive and easy to work with.

Best Family Trip Ever

We loved Coco Beach house. It fit all the needs of our family and the location was perfect. This house is exactly as pictured. Beautiful house, beautiful views, beautiful location. Just walk out to the beach. It was nice having the pool for our little guys to relax in the evening before bedtime. Very well equipped and Karen was delightful to work with. Great family vacation.

Perfect setting for relaxing.

Cocoa Beach was just what we needed after an emotional year of great loss. Our family spent the entire week of Thanksgiving here. The house was huge and had EVERYTHING we needed from kitchen supplies to a deck of cards. We just can’t say enough about it. It is so serene, the views are spectacular, and the owners were great and extremely easy to work with. We would love to come back over and over again.

Beautiful home in a great location

Really like the layout of the house. Very comfortable, great views from living-kitchen area. Saw dolphins every morning around 8:30. Restaurants and shops 5 minutes away. Will definitely return. Owners are really very nice. I feel like I made some new friends.

Our Grand Cation

We gave all of our children a beach vacation for 2023 Christmas gift! We wanted to see all of our Grandchildren on the beach for the first time! It was AMAZING!! CoCo Beach house was perfect for all of us. Never felt crowded, more than enough space and equipped with everything to make our stay effortless! We were able to RELAX and we will definitely be back again!!! Thank you for having the perfect vacation spot for our family!

Lovely Property with a fantastic view

A few of us get together annually and reminisce about our old US Navy memories. This year we picked this property on VRBO because they allowed "events". We were not disappointed, the beach front access is lovely, the property is clean and up to date. Communication with the property owner was quick. We were able to enjoy cooking in the kitchen once again and were not reliant upon the limited restaurant choices.

AMAZING!

The property exceeded our expectations. The house was newly renovated, clean and simply spectacular. We had 6 adults and 6 children and there were plenty of sleeping options. Karen was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. The beach is very private with soft sand, there is pool access as well. I would highly recommend this property, it is even better than advertised!

Ideal House

This is our 5th year to rent a beach home and our first year doing so in Fort Morgan. This house has everything you will need. Kitchen is fully loaded, washer and dryer work great, plenty of towels, and tons of beach gear and toys! The views from this house are spectacular and the pictures on this listing don’t come close to showing you just how awesome the house and location are. The available pool was a great extra amenity. The owner was so quick to respond when I had questions prior to and during our trip. Nothing negative about this house!

We decided to purchase a house in Fort Morgan area because we love the beach, but not the crowds. Family vacations have always been important to us and we have traveled to Gulf Shores as long as I can remember.
