This fully remodeled condo provides guests an upscale, amenity-filled resort experience with sweeping views of the beach, gulf and harbor along the Destin coastline. A short boardwalk stroll will have you on the beach in under 3 minutes. Enjoy the laid back atmosphere in our spacious home as you view stunning sunsets each evening on the private balcony. All Pelican Beach amenities are available to our guests. This is the perfect place for a family adventure, girl's trip or a couple's retreat.

Guests are greeted to the unit by an open concept living area with double doors that open to gulf views to the south and west. The living room with custom designed furnishings, features loads of seating, a sleeper sofa, Smart TV/BluRay player, movie collection & a selection of great beach reads. The dining area offers seating for six & additional seating for three along the counter. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare a gourmet meal, beach side picnic or anything in between - appliances are brand new & granite counter tops add the finishing touch.

Off of the living area lies the unit’s Primary Suite with a king size bed, a Smart TV/bluray player, an ensuite vanity/bathroom and access to the private balcony. Two additional bedrooms feature a queen bed with attached bathroom and a third spacious room with 2 twin beds - both rooms have tons of storage and flat screen tv/bluray players. The large balcony, running the width of the unit, provides seating for al fresco dining or a sunset cocktail, views extend as far as the Destin Bridge.
Weathered beach wood tile floors add a fresh look to the entire condo and a washer/dryer completes the list of everything you need during your stay. The Terrace also has a private pool, a deck complete with gas grills, and a large workout room on site. Guests have full access to the community amenities at Pelican Beach Resort (Café, 3 pools, steam/sauna room, hot tub, arcade & Tiki Bar). Another great perk is the dedicated, covered parking space that each guest will enjoy just steps from the elevator - perfect for keeping your car cool on those hot summer days!

Enjoyed everthing about the condo, the view and how close it was to the beach. The whole family enjoyed it. The balcony was a bit hit. Thank goodness for ac...it was hot! We also enjoyed the water park right across the street.

Great option

Loved our stay at the condo! It was beautiful and Sandy was extremely responsive. The walk to the beach is not far and the pools are great. We also enjoyed the tiki bar and food. The beach does not allow tents so important to know that.

Great Location, Friendly Onsite Staff

Overall a great stay, onsite maintenance and security were fabulous and made us feel welcome and safe for the entirety of the stay. Amenities/pool/etc. were great, but the private beach access was a bit of a disappointment unless you rent their resort umbrellas. As for the unit, there was a stocked kitchen and plenty of towels/extra blankets and provided linens for the pull-out couch. General housekeeping was good but I will say the unit could use a good dusting. The A/C unit closet and other nooks and crannies had significant debris. No fault to the owners, just something that needs to be brought to the attention of housekeeping. Just about everything else about this unit was satisfactory and the view from the balcony is stunning. Would stay here again.

Everything we needed and wanted!

This was the perfect VRBO for the our family of four plus my parents. We watched the sunset from the balcony every evening. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. The location can't be beat – near a whole lot of restaurants, five minutes to Walmart, four minutes to Publix. Six minute walk to the beach. Incredibly close to a pool with access to several others. Sandy was extremely quick to respond whenever I reached out with a question. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Perfect Florida Condo

Condo is clean and spacious with an incredible view! Beach access is perfect with an amazing Tiki Bar! Located on a gated area but still able to walk to areas with a short car ride to the Harbour. Fast response along with accommodating our late check!

This is the place to stay!!! Great location, easy to the beach & the condo is very spacious & nice with a gorgeous view. Sandy, the owner was so sweet & took care a minor issue, nothing major. Our spring break's mothers & daughters' trip was perfect!!!!

Space was super clean and spacious. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge perk for our family. Pool, spa l, gym and BBQs at Terrace were great. Plus walk to beach was quick and easy. We also enjoyed the sauna and steam room at the main building. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. Beautiful place with great views. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and plenty places to go within a 10 minute drive or less. Will definitely stay here again whenever we come back to Destin.

Beautiful Condo

We chose to stay for a second time in this Condo at the Terrace! We love everything about it. It is so comfortable and clean. We had four adults and two kiddos. There was plenty of room for everyone. The view is fabulous. The management was easy to work with and it is close to so many things. I would highly recommend a trip to Sandy’s place. Patti from Indiana

Girls Trip

The condo was exactly what it said it would be. Clean, Comfortable, and plenty of room for 5 ladies. Everything we needed was just a couple miles in either direction and the beach was beautiful and less than a 3 minute walk. We loved going out and having our chairs and umbrella all set up so I suggest you rent those ahead of your stay. If you are traveling with young kids we thought that a wagon would be a great thing to have to get all your stuff from the condo to the beach.

Amazing view

Our stat was fantastic. Although we were on in an oceanfront building, the room was still fantastic. We watched fireworks from our balcony on 3 different nights. The location was great. The beach was a very short walk, and the water park was right across the street. The room is located close to the elevators, so it was easy getting back after long days. Having a parking spot inside the park wing garage was a nice extra. This was also close to the elevator so it was very easy to bring stuff up to the room. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the condo had everything that we needed for the week.

We first visited Destin three years ago and have owned a condo at Pelican Beach Resort since then. We would enter the property and head down the palm tree lined driveway, passing The Terrace and feeling so thankful that we had a direct view of the gulf & the beach at the Pelican Resort. That was until we walked into this unit at The Terrace - we had absolutely no idea that the views were so spectacular! We could see everything from the white sands, emerald green waters, a private lagoon, fireworks at the Harbor, and our own relaxing view of the sunsets every evening! We love visiting our home away from home and would love to share our new condo with others! Come see us!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We have spent many evenings trying to time our vacation days with a trip to a restaurant or lounge at just the right time to see the sunset. We would cross our fingers that we could get a window seat and ordered appetizers we didn't need or drinks we weren't thirsty for just so we could see the beauty of the sun dipping below the horizon. No more - now we just step outside on the balcony and have a seat! Paradise! An unexpected perk when we purchased this unit was the dedicated, private parking spot in the covered garage - just steps from the elevator!
