The unit has been renovated. The bedrooms and bathrooms have brand new pain (neutral gray), stairs have real wood (no more carpet), and the bedrooms and hallway have new laminate flooring (no more carpet). We have added new moldings and chair rail to some of the area. Come check out this new and updated, beautiful and relaxing unit that is minutes from the beach.

Use of the pool area is a personal choice. However, CDC guidelines must be followed per the neighborhood rules: stay 6 feet apart. No more than 10 people in the pool area at a time. It is each persons responsibility to bring their own hand sanitizer/sanitizer. Neither the Villa Chateau owner’s, Inc. , officers, board members, or owners assume responsibility for to heed warnings.

Villa Chateau, #31 Welcome to our beautiful, relaxing beach home located at the quiet west end of Panama City Beach , Florida. Laguna, Riviera Beach Area. Beautiful white sands and the emerald waters of the gulf are just across the street from our small, quaint complex. Just 200 steps from our front door to the beach, with a very nice boardwalk that leads you to relaxing tranquility that makes this the perfect get away location. It is very close to all amenities but also it is located at the quiet west end of PCB, which is known for making family memories and traditions. Not a party area.
Once Upon A Tide has private parking for two vehicles directly accessible to the front entrance of the home. Therefore, it is very easy to unload your luggage and start your vacation immediately. The main level is open and inviting, and includes a newly painted kitchen. This home has two TV's and family television (Comcast is provided by the HOA, and we have had trouble getting consistent coverage) viewing can be enjoyed in this great room and in the master bedroom upstairs. The main level bath is a half bath. Also, a very important feature is the washer and dryer that is conveniently located on the main level off of the back deck.

Upstairs are two large bedrooms and a full bath. Each bedroom has its own large private balcony. The master bedroom looks over a small lake/pond and the frogs perform nightly during warmer weather and orchestra, free of charge. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin size beds. This home sleeps 6. Also, from the deck of the master bedroom, you can sneak a peak at the emerald waters of the gulf or watch the herons relaxing in our small lake. Nature abounds in this cozy back yard.

Although most will want to relax at the tranquil beach that is just a short walk from our cottage, some may want to take advantage of the community pool that is just steps from the home. This community offers a very quiet, family orientated atmosphere. The guests that return year after year to this area are those who are looking for quiet, peace, and relaxation. Thankfully, the full time owners who reside at Villa Chateau take pride in the fact that they maintain a quiet, clean, and peaceful atmosphere for all to enjoy. If you are seriously looking for a tranquil restful area away from the crowds and parties, this is perfect for you.

Our home is limited to 6 guests. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL MORE THAN 5 (AND AT THE MAX 6) PEOPLE BE ALLOWED OR ACCEPTED TO STAY AT OUR HOME. WE STAY IN FLORIDA PART OF THE TIME AND CHECK ON THE PROPERTY. FULL TIME OWNERS STAY IN THE COMPLEX AND STRICTLY ENFORCE OUR MAXIMUM PEOPLE RULES. Linens and towels are supplied for that number. All trash is to be taken out of the unit upon leaving the property. Trash pick up is Tues and Fridays-Please pull the can to the street on these days and please pull the trash can to the street upon leaving the property.
