Booking Requirements & Guest Policies
We love welcoming respectful guests who treat our home like their own. To ensure a smooth and safe experience, we ask all guests to review and follow the guidelines below:

Booking Requirements

* Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the stay.
* A signed rental agreement is required for all bookings. Reservations are not confirmed until this is completed.
* A refundable \$500 security deposit is required and will be returned after checkout pending a damage-free stay.
* A valid photo ID is required and must match the name on the reservation.

Golf Cart / LSV Rules
Your stay includes a 6-seater street-legal golf cart for easy cruising to the beach or local shops!

* Must be 21+ to drive.
* Only guests who submit a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance will be authorized to operate the golf cart.
* LSVs may only be driven on public roads with speed limits of 35 MPH or under — no sidewalks, multi-use paths, or restricted areas.
* Guests are responsible for charging the cart daily and for arranging any towing services if the cart loses power during off-site use.

Pet Policy

* We welcome up to 3 dogs per stay with a flat \$250 pet fee per pet (50lb Max Weight Limit).
* All pets must be disclosed before check-in. Unapproved or undeclared pets will be automatically charged the standard pet fee.
* Pets must be crated if left unattended in the home to prevent damage. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage.

Pool Heating Info

* Our private pool is available year-round. During cooler months (September through May), you can opt to have it heated to 85°F for a flat fee of \$250 per stay.
* May take up to half a day to fully heat, depending on weather.
* Pool heating must be requested and paid prior to activation.
* Heating fee is non-refundable once turned on.
* Please note: No diving, no glass near the pool, and children must be supervised at all times.
