The first floor is the center of the home with an open floor plan, tiled living area so you can have that family dinner or watch your favorite Netflix or DVD movie together on the 60” flat screen TV. With a large sectional with a queen sleeper and soft chairs there is plenty of room for conversation too! A modern, well equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare a wonderful gulf seafood meal. All guests especially for those with mobility challenges will appreciate two first floor bedrooms. One bedroom with a queen sized bed has direct access to the pool area and an ensuite bath. The other queen bedded room is very spacious with a walk-in closet and a large bath. For your convenience, there is also separate laundry area with a full size commercial washer and dryer.

The second floor consists of two master suites with hardwood floors each with access through french doors onto a large balcony where you can quietly sip your coffee and enjoy the warm morning sun. These beautiful rooms each have a king bed, large walk-in closet and a private luxury bathroom with a commode room as well as a separate shower and jetted tub. With lovely tropical ceiling fans and large flat screen TVs these rooms are great sanctuaries to just sit and enjoy some well-deserved private time. Besides the bed you can stretch out on a queen sofa sleeper in one suite and in the other suite there is a day bed with a trundle to relax on.

The third floor is a very large room with hardwood floors that is set up for fun. With a wet bar with a beverage center, coffee maker and microwave this would be a great place for the kids or teens to gather. There is large flat screen TV with a sitting area to watch movies and a game table with chairs to play one of the many stocked board games. This room also serves as the fifth bedroom and sports a pyramid bunk that has a full bed down and a twin bed up and a twin trundle; a queen bed and a twin bed to sleep up to 7 in this large bedroom. Through the french doors you can walk out on to the balcony to sit in an adirondack chair while enjoying your morning coffee and taking in a beautiful gulf sunrise or just enjoying the gulf views.

The pool area provides an opportunity to relax after a great day on the beach or to just watch the kids play. Relax at the Pool Bar with its big flat screen TV while sipping on a cool drink from the outdoor beverage center. At the heated (for fee) pool, you will find some shade on those hot afternoons or you can catch some sun lying on one of several chaises. The pool area itself has an expansive paver deck surrounded by palms and greenery for your privacy. A Weber gas grill and a dining set make this area a fun place to enjoy your poolside meals.

Second Floor: King Bedroom with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Walk-In Shower + Soaking Tub and Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Twin Daybed and Twin Trundle + Walk-In Shower and Soaking + Balcony Access.

Third Floor: Loft Bedroom with Queen Bed, Full/Twin Bunk + Twin Trundle, Twin Bed, Wet Bar, and Balcony Access.

*Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
