Confortable Studio Condo in Exclusive zone - Hear The Sound Of Splashing Waves

The Studio is located on a hill but within walking distance of La Ropa beach (about 1.7 km). For older people, it will be easy to walk downhill but maybe difficult to walk up. To make it comfortable for yourself you can get a taxi or a minivan that provides services in the area. The minivan, called Combi, is cheaper than a taxi but usually takes longer. ZIHUATANEJO is about 4km from the studio. There are plenty of taxis or Combi to go to any place in ZIHUATANEJO or to IXTAPA. We can also recommend a trusted taxi driver we know, he speaks very good English. You should be aware taxis are more expensive than a Combi.

Because the studio is located higher you have a better view of Zihuatanejo bay and the town from the swimming pool and part of the studio balcony. Several pubs, bars and restaurants are available in the surrounding area. It’s a perfect location to explore and relax. If you need more information about this then you can talk to our friend Andres, the taxi driver, and he will gladly tell you where you can go and eat in the area. His taxi fare is the same every taxi driver will charge you but can ask Andres about Zihuatanejo and he will be happy to help you.

This studio condo is located in a very low density building of 5 condos. The area of the building is exclusive, secluded and safe for tourists. The building has a 24/7 security service on the premises and has security cameras.

The studio condo features one bedroom with a queen bed and a full-size bathroom. Fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, Wi-Fi Internet access, flat-screen TV with Netflix. The studio condo is air-conditioned, and initially soap, bathroom tissue and three 5 gal bottled water is provided for the first time but you will need to buy additional water after you used your bottled water and you can order it through us. Weekly housekeeping service is available once a week. Washer and dryer are free and included for bookings of more than 2 weeks.

Please see the studio pictures to get a feel for what is provided. What you see is what you get. You get a clean and comfortable place for two people. If you want a bigger rental place with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms then I can get you one but at a much higher price. Please let me know.

On the premises is an infinity swimming pool with portable chairs for your convenience. Watch the sunset show and enjoy a relaxing day with a nice Piña Colada or Margarita or anything you like but you make it yourself.

For a nominal fee, the property manager will arrange your daily and catering needs if you request it and just about anything reasonable you ask.
