This beautiful 5 bedroom custom home is located in desirable Loveladies on a lagoon. This property sleeps 15 people with 5 bedrooms 3 1/2 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, 2 family rooms, wet bar, laundry room, and elevator. The house is roomy and cozy at the same time. The exterior of the house starts with 2 huge wrap around decks with awnings and easy access to the roof top deck with magnificent bay views. The back yard has a heated pool, outdoor shower, covered outdoor space. The 2 level dock with a boat ramp provides ability to bring boat and other watercraft. This location is a short walk to the beach. Many amenities, and a perfect house for large families.Call Dan

The perfect multi generation vacation home, in the best neighborhood. Beautiful sunset views, the house was big enough for everyone to spread out and had all the fun water sports toys, bikes and beach gear you could ask for!

What a wonderful vacation we had at this property. The home is beautiful and has everything you may need and more! Kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, beach badges and much, much more. The kitchen is well equipped and large enough to have “too many cooks” in the kitchen. We enjoyed making many family meals here and there are an array of restaurants on the island to enjoy a good meal. We were a group of 11 guests (ages 75 -26) and the home never felt crowded. Plenty of space to get away from your crowd. The upper deck is a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The pool and outdoor kitchen are wonderful. Being on the bayside was great and it’s a short walk to the ocean. WiFi is strong which was a plus for two of my children who “worked” from home in the morning. Dan is a great host and took the time to give us a welcome call. He is very responsive to any questions you may have before and during your stay here.

Fabulous family home!

We just came back from a wonderful family vacation with our 3 children, their spouses and 5 grandchildren ( ages 1-5 ). The home had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. The kitchen and great room was bright, cheerful and spacious. We cooked in most nights and had plenty of essentials to serve such a large crowd. The home also was on the lagoon with kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy. One of the best features was an in ground pool for the little people to enjoy. The home was a short walk to a beautiful beach! Dan gave us two parking passes and plenty of beach tags. Dan was very responsive and easy to deal with! Overall a great home for memories to be made!

LBI FAMILY VACATION 2022

WE HAVE RENTED MANY VACATION HOMES OVER THE YEARS AND THIS PROPERTY ON LONG BEACH ISLAND, N.J. IS FAR AND AWAY THE BEST. Amazing vacation

The house and location are perfect. Easy access to the bay and close to the beach. The pool is great after paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming in the lagoon. All the amenities you need are provided inside and out. The house is beautiful, offers plenty of space for multiple guests and the layout is ideal. The sunsets from the rooftop deck are spectacular. Dan could not have been more helpful and accommodating through the whole process. It’s obvious he takes pride in this amazing property. Thanks very much for sharing your beautiful home with our family. We can’t wait to be back!

Paradise on the canal

The owner was very helpful and the house was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for us. The amenities were exceptional and we love the ping-pong on one rainy day, and the kayaking almost every day. It was an all around great vacation.

Great family vacation!

We had a wonderful week in loveladies with my family (4 kids total, ages 14, 11, 6 and 3). House was beautiful and clean and lots of room for them to spread out and play. Paddle boards were awesome and beach not too far away, although we shuttles the kids and equipment to and fro and rode bikes back to the beach. Great vacation and can’t wait to go back.

Perfect Vacation

We loved everything about this house- our first trip to LBI/Loveladies. It was perfect for our 4 generation vacation (my mom, my husband and I, daughter & son-in-law, son and daughter-in-law and our almost 5 year old twin grandchildren). The kids loved especially loved the beautiful pool which was the perfect size for them. They announced that the vacation was the best vacation ever; who could ask for more! The house had everything one could want, wonderful kitchen, open floor plan, comfy bedrooms, wrap around balconies on every floor, overlooking the lagoon, beautiful sunsets and much more!

Perfect Family Vacation

Perfect house and setup for our family vacation! Plenty of room and very comfortable for everyone. The location is also wonderful, easy access to the beach and so much do at the house for all ages -- you never have to leave.

Expectations OVER exceeded in EVERY aspect.

Family vacation with grandparents, kids and grandkids. Luxury home was spacious enough for family to gather, whether it be the kitchen and family room, one of the many large decks with fabulous views and the best sunsets you can imagine. We also floated in the pool and lagoon every day while enjoying the massive patio area with beautiful landscape around the property. Numerous food options to dine or take out. Loved cooking on the large BBQ grill or the high end kitchen appliances. Home was decorated beautifully and felt like we were in our own home the minute we walked in. Would highly recommend this home for your next family vacation. Your expectations will definitely be exceeded. Thank you Dan for welcoming our family into your home this summer.

Fabulous in Every Way

We stayed at this location from Aug.1 - August 8, 2020 with mostly family and had a few visits from friends. Hurricane Isaias also visited, but failed to negatively affect our week! The owners had everything we needed to keep enjoying our vacation even without power for 24hrs. Dan quickly brought a generator, a large cooler filled with ice (purchased inland since none was available locally), candles etc. Otherwise, the house was beautiful and very well equipped. Everything and more, (kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles etc) was provided to ensure a fantastic week for all. We will absolutely request to rent again in the future and highly recommend this property to others. It gets beyond 5 stars from our gang! Thanks for going above and beyond!

Great Vacation Home

We have rented many homes in LBI over the years. This home ranked at the top of our list of favorites. It is a beautiful spacious home that met all our family’s needs. Being on the lagoon added so much more to our stay. The paddle boards and kayaks were so much fun! I highly recommend this home for a fantastic Long Beach Island experience. Dan was great to work with. He responded quickly whenever there was a guestion.

Family Paradise

Location was perfect! We swam, crabbed, paddle boarded and kayaked the entire trip! We did not have to leave the property at all! The kids loved waking up every morning and heading to the bay/pool. The adults loved the sunsets and sunrises from the rooftop deck. We loved biking to the beach and visiting fantasy island. Great place for big families with enough room to not feel on top of one another. Would book again!

Best vacation yet!!!

Thank you Dan and Kristy for having such a wonderful home for us to use. I have to say it is equipped, equipped and equipped. We have traveled to many summer rentals over the last 7 or 8 years and anticipated having to bring so much more than we needed to. From paper towel to kayaks it was all there when we arrived. The rooms are spacious, the view absolutely great and everyone loved the "fourth floor". only one trip to the beach was made as everyone wanted to stay right where we were even though the fish and crab were not biting. our oldest family member is 81 and the youngest just 4, the gate on the dock helped keep him in check. Cute chandler in the dining area and what a different microwave! The fact that we are only 90 minutes away makes it a great possibility for another stay in the future if you will have us again. Judy

Amazing place to vacation

This house was like an all inclusive vacation. The house is large enough for a big family to stay, without feeling cramped. Being on the lagoon was great, water was clean, you could paddle board, kayak and swim. The heated pool was amazing. My family had a great time and could not say enough nice things about the place. One more attraction is the street is quiet and the kids could ride their bikes. Some rode to the lighthouse. The beach is close and has easy access. I want to thank Dan and Kristy for sharing their beautiful house with my family.

Everything we wanted for a family reunion - and more...

I cannot say enough good things about this property, or the courtesy of the owners. My family looked for a long time for a home that could accommodate my mother's limited mobility needs, and my nephews and nieces' desire for a wide range of activities -- and we found it in this LBI listing. The elevator and master bedroom made the week accessible for my mom. Seeing fireworks from several cities on the rooftop deck gave a great memory for the other family members, and the owners' generosity in sharing their corn hole, pool floats, kayaks, and paddleboards gave us ample options to make great memories together. The big surprise was the appeal of crabbing in the lagoon. Dan could not have been more welcoming. We appreciated the folder of local restaurant menus as well as the note of welcome when we arrived. I could go on, and on. If anything, the listing under-sells this wonderful home. Where else can an extended family come together to enjoy a pool, lagoon and beach, as well as the joys of LBI. I'm just grateful we were able to take advantage of the home this year. Thank you!

A Lovely Loveladies Get Away

This property was a wonderful Get-A-Way! There is so much to do from Kayaking to paddle boarding, fishing and crabbing along the bay inlet. It is private and quiet. The views from the widow's watch of the sunrise and especially the sunset are spectacular! If you have a boat, bring it because it would be so cool to boat in the bay. The decks provide bountiful seating and quiet reading nooks. The appliances and kitchen area are pristine. The ocean is a short walk or bike ride, parking is easy and convenient. It really is the best of both worlds. I highly recommend this property! We had a wonderful time and hope to be able to make it back in the future.
