PLEASE NOTE: OUR SUMMER RENTALS BETWEEN JUNE 5 AND AUGUST 14 ARE IN FRIDAY PM - OUT FRIDAY AM (7-DAY MINIMUM WITH 1 WEEKEND)

At close to 3000 sq. ft., the house sleeps 16 in 6 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms

Fully equipped open floor plan kitchen/dining area will seat 16 at large table and barstools at bar

Gather in the living room with cathedral ceiling wood burning fireplace, TV, DVD player.

Enjoy the sights from the home's 4 oversized decks for those quiet summer evening meals overlooking the lake. The large upper deck has two dining tables with beautiful views of the lake while relaxing and dining and offers a gas grill for picturesque evening bar-b-ques. The lower covered deck has ceiling fans, an outdoor bar, a dining table and chairs, and abundant seating. The screened-in porch of the master bedroom is wonderful for times when you need to be away from the crowd. The deck halfway to the lake has a firepit and seating to roast marshmallows under the stars.

Downstairs has a game room with a billiards table, darts, assorted board games, video game consoles, and more.

Take the concrete path to the lake to enjoy the large 2 story dock, perfect for lounging on a sunny afternoon looking out to the main water while watching the kids swim in the quiet cove. The upper deck of the dock is a great place to see the stars at night!

A number of nearby boat ramp options to put in your boat (we suggest Whitman Hollow Marina).

The home is handicap accessible and is completely equipped with everything you need for your vacation, including linens, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Master bedroom with king bed and private bath. Enjoy the screened-in porch overlooking the lake.

2nd bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom

3rd bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom

LOWER LEVEL THREE BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1 has 2 bunks (4 twin beds)

Bedroom 2 has 2 bunks (2 double beds and 2 twin beds up top)

3rd bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom

Complete laundry room

Set on a quiet cove in the Big Creek area of Norris Lake. Roughly an hour north of Knoxville off if I-75 at the Cove Lake, Caryville, Jacksboro, LaFollette exit (Exit 134). Located on the lake between Sequoyah Marina and Whitman Hollow Marina. Just around the corner from channel marker #6.

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful stay, Bill was kind and easy to work with, had great recommendations as well. The home is beatufil and in a fantastic location on the water! All the porches and the Dock were very muched enjoyed!

Family vacation

This place is beautiful. We stayed 5 days. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need from the ice maker to fill your coolers to all the games for the kids. The house is on a nice cove with a two story dock. The kids loved jumping off the top They also have a nice pontoon available for rent. The kids loved tubing every day This place is top notch Bill the owner does everything you could ask to make sure your stay is perfect We had the best time and can not wait to return.

A relaxing week at Norris Lake

We had a fantastic week at the lake! The home had everything that we needed and all of the kids ranging in age from 12-21 had a great time. When the weather was uncooperative, we entertained ourselves inside with all of the games that were provided (pool, ping pong, darts and numerous board games). This house is even better than pictured and we hope to visit again in the future! The homeowner was a pleasure to work with and quick to respond to questions. Now sadly, we must return to reality!

Beautiful property and amazing property owner. A bit of a climb back up from the dock which would not be great for the elderly but it was good exercise for our crew.

Great Extended Family Trip to Our Special Place, Norris Lake

My sisters and I enjoyed a trip to Norris Lake with our families and our father in July 2023. What a gift to find this wonderful listing. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures with plenty of space for families to spread out as well as come together. The indoor and outdoor living spaces were very much enjoyed with outdoor dining, late night card games, and s’mores by the fire pit. Bill is a great and accommodating host offering us detailed instructions on how to find the property, how to make ourselves at home, etc. We all highly recommend this location and home for your next group gathering, your expectations will be greatly exceeded!

Great place for a family vacation

The house was very nice with plenty of room. The beds were quite comfortable. We had a hotdog & s’mores eating contest at the fire pit. Had so much fun jumping off the dock and boating in that beautiful clean lake. Thanks Bill and family.

Better than perfect!

Everything about this stay was outstanding... from the initial contact with the Bill (the owner) until we drove off of the property on our last day. Bill was communicative and helpful. The property was exactly as represented in the pictures. The house was spotless and comfortable. We'd stay here again in a minute, and give it our highest recommendation! Thanks Bill and family!

Excellent house & location in Big Creek

This property is so very well maintained and the location in the cove was great! The downstairs set up was perfect for our group of teenagers while the adults could enjoy upstairs. The party dock was also a big hit for all of us. Thanks Bill! You've got a great home

the house had everything we needed!!!

the only negative i have is the Wifi issue. We really needed to work a few hours a day and wanted to watch netfliz or a movie at night.......and guests only get 2gb of wifi per day. Other than that, the house and the dock were just what we needed!!! The owner was very helpful when we had questions. The cove was peaceful and we loved hanging on the dock! We would rent this house again!

Great house and responsive owner.

House was very nice with an excellent dock to hang out on and swim off of. The house set up was great. Three nice sized bedrooms upstairs and a perfect set up for kids in the basement with their own living room, 4 bunks, pool table and air hockey. Owner is very helpful and knowledgeable about the lake. We had an issue with the AC and Bill took care of it ASAP.

Wonderful Lake House with Private Pier

This is a wonderful property to host one or more families for a great lakefront vacation. Host Bill is wonderful to work with! He's organized and on top of everything; he really wants guests to have a great experience. The house was well appointed, beautifully decorated and very clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Bill provides access to tie up a boat or waverunners to his private pier. There are 5 (yes 5) outdoor decks and seating areas.The only drawback is that it's a very remote area and there's little to no cell service at the house and for several miles from the property (Bill does provide use of his house phone, which is great). And the internet can sometimes be spotty too. The town itself is 30 minutes away. But if you're looking to disconnect and enjoy some time at the lake, this is a great place to do just that! We really enjoyed our stay.

AMAZING Family Vacation!

This property EXCEEDED all of our expectations! I cannot think of one thing I would change. The location of the property on the lake was perfect, the dock gets full sun all day long and both Whitman Hollow and Sequoyah marinas are conveniently located and easily accessible by boat to fill up on gas/ice. The house is beautiful and well equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. The views from the decks were stunning and the game room was GREAT fun for all in the evenings. The owner, Bill, was very attentive. He provided an incredibly informative guide prior to our arrival with detailed directions and great advice/recommendations!! We are so thankful for our time spent here and the wonderful memories that were made:)

Fantastic trip

This is a great property! The house has tons of space, is very clean, and has everything you might need during your stay. The dock has a great setup with lots of room, plenty of chairs and umbrellas, and a fantastic view. Bill was very communicative. He explained the details of his property well and was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Awesome Vacation

This was our first lake vacation and also our first trip to Norris Lake. We will definitely return. Our family loved everything about this property. The house was amazing with plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of seating. The three decks offer an amazing view of the lake. We spent most of our days on the two tiered dock jumping into the water and floating around the quiet cove. It was the most relaxing vacation we’ve had. S’mores around the fire pit to end the day outside. We all enjoyed the game room with the air hockey and pool table as well. Bill the owner couldn’t have been nicer or more easier to work with. As said in previous reviews, the hill is no joke but we had some fun with that as well.

Five stars all around - couldn't have asked for more.

This is a wonderful property and we are so grateful to have been able to stay here for our family vacation. We launched the boat and jet ski at Whitman Hollow, which is a short ride away and the house was easy to find from the water thanks to the photos provided. There was a floating water mat that the kids just LOVED and kids and adults alike enjoyed lots of float time around the dock. The house is just a short walk up the hill and the entire path is concrete, which made it easy to wheel coolers up and down. The house itself is just beautiful and great for a mid-sized group. We had 11 people and it was a perfect fit. The kitchen is nice and spacious and well stocked with dishes, silverware and anything else you might need to prep, cook or serve. We loved having a washer and dryer available for use and enjoyed our meals on the deck. The basement was perfect for the kids and they loved playing video games or watching movies in the evening. The bedrooms upstairs are also very nice and the master suite is AWESOME. I took advantage of the private deck for a little time away to read and relax, since none of the kids were ours :) Everyone loved the beautiful hardwood floors throughout most of the main floor and they made it easy to keep things tidy during our stay. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.
