Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham ā€“ every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS

Weather was great, some cloudy days but that was good.Just two of us so 2 bedroom was great. Only thing we missed was a Keurig coffee machine. The condo was really nice & decorated great. The beach view was really nice.

Beach Getaway

This condo was beautiful and well maintained. We were very comfortable here and the view from the balcony was stunning. We were centrally located to lots of activities and access to the beach was easy. We would definitely recommend this condo and plan to book it again in the future.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue that we had was that there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 trash bags and 2 dishwasher pods. That really isnā€™t enough for 5 adults staying for a week, especially since we cook two meals a day at the condo.

Perfect condo for family of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summerchase. The location is directly on the beach with beach access and is very near Walmart, which is a huge perk for a mom of 3. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

We had a great stay. The only hiccup was a tv that didn't work. It wouldve been nice on our rainy day, we had good communication with the management company unfortunately unable to resolve. Otherwise everything was clean and worked as expected. we would stay again recommend!

Great condo!

We enjoyed this property for annual girls beach trip. The condo was very clean and perfect for the 5 of us. The only complaint is that we didnā€™t have enough towels. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Beach Vacation

A decent unit in an older/dated building. The goods: -Convenient location and beautiful views. -comfortable beds and furniture -Clean -Located away for other large units so the beach is not as crowded The bads: -older unit with popcorn ceilings -kitchen had no seasoning but was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc -AC unit doesnā€™t keep up completely so it feels muggy at times Overall good unit. 4/5

The Hurricane/Tropical Storm only messed up one day of being in the Ocean but we were able to have a good day regardless! We loved staying here and look forward to staying again in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Friends recommended Liquid Life to us and we were very pleased. This unit was clean and true to pictures. It had a great view of the beach. The furniture was fine. The kitchen had everything we needed. (If you plan to cook, be sure you have your own cooking spray and salt and pepper.) I liked that the freezer had an ice maker and we didnā€™t have to use trays. The coffee maker is regular drip. There were filters in the cabinet. Amenity wise, we used the indoor, outdoor and kiddie pools. All were great. We stayed with our two young kids and it was nice that they had separate beds in the same room. The only two things that were noteworthy for improvement were 1. I wish the TV in the living room was either a smart TV or had a DVD/Blu-ray player. It rained a lot and we would have liked to watch some family movies together without having to go to a bedroom. 2. The water faucet/showers coming off the beach werenā€™t working. Not sure if that was Covid related or maintenance issue but it was hard to get cleaned up coming off beach. Loved the location, very short walk to be on beach, across the street from Publix and close to everywhere we went. Also great that there arenā€™t other buildings on either side so the beach was less crowded. Overall, great stay and will use Liquid Life again and would stay in this unit again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carpet needs replacing, blinds were breaking done, had a hard time getting the ac temp adjusted. They only furnish 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no hand soap furnished to wash your hands in bathrooms and kitchen, no bar soap for showers. There was no hairdryer do dry your hair. No Kleenex anywhere. Make sure to bring supplies from home or you will have to go and buy the stuff like we had to do. I would not rent again.

Family Spring Break - Great Unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely enjoyed our time in this rental. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and utensils. The beds were all very comfortable with great sheets and pillows. Small things (like TV channel guides) were very helpful. There were a few things that could have made the stay better, but nothing major at all. The thermostat is locked to not go below 70 degrees. We were there in early April so the temps were fairly cool, which meant the system didn't run very much, and the air could get a little stale inside the unit. Also the dryer in the unit didn't seem to work very well. We ran a small load of laundry, and after an hour it still wasn't completely dry. The hot water supply seems to go very fast. If we had several people taking showers after a day at the beach, the hot water ran out pretty quickly. But while I mention these things, please know that they were all minor issues. Overall, this was a great unit for us and we would definitely stay here again.
