The exclusive Peter Bay Beach community is comprised of architectural masterpieces, set within an awe-inspiring setting of the protected Caribbean. Peter Bay is nestled between Trunk Bay and Cinnamon Bay, along the magnificent natural beauty of St. John's north shore. From the privileged, top-row vantage point of the Peter Bay enclave, enjoy stunning views of Cinnamon Bay, Maho Bay, Francis Bay, and the British Virgins from the luxury of Villa Coco de Mer.

Coco De Mer is a 7000 sq. ft., 5BR / 6.5 bath estate house that consists of three buildings - a 2-level great house, a 2-level guesthouse, and a 1-level guesthouse. The entrance to Coco de Mer, from above, descends to a stone courtyard and to the upper level of the great house - with the living room, dining room, and kitchen.
Living room as well as all 5 bedrooms have HDTV's with Dishnet premium channels. WiFi is available throughout the property.

French doors open to a spacious covered deck. In the style of a Greek Amphitheater with seating, Doric columns and grand archways lead to a 50 foot pool plus Sundance's largest hot tub. As at Cinnamon Bay Estate, the views from Coco de Mer are truly some of the most stunning views of nature anywhere in the world.

This property has a 30kw generator capable of running the entire property.

Your every need will be met. The villa is wonderfully stocked with everything and anything you could need to make your stay comfortable. Even if it rains (which it won't) you would be happy to stay in the villa and enjoy all it has to offer. The views ... the views ... the views are AMAZING. You could sit and look for hours on end. The private beach - perfection. I look forward to returning with my family again as soon as possible. This was truly a vacation of a lifetime and we could have not asked anything more from Coco de Mer.

Best vacay ever

This property is unbelievable! It exceeded our expectations! We would love to come back. It housed our family of 8am super comfortably. The views are insane. The beach and pool are fabulous. Highly recommend!

75th B day and 50th anniversary with all our family.

Gorgeous property with all the needed accoutrements for a tropical vacation. Spacious and private bedrooms and a wonderful pool and central gathering area. We did encounter a brief difficulty with power outage and resultant loss of access to water and a very brief loss of wifi. The private beach was nice although we only used it once as there were several other beaches we visited. Hiking trails were nice. Altogether we had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this property. Rental cars were a necessity.

Beautiful location and view

Villa is in a great location, great property. Rooms are set up nicely where everyone had privacy. A group of ten of us stayed together and never felt crowded. The villa also had lots of amenities from spices to laundry soap! We didn’t want for anything during our stay. The only negative was the hot tub kept shutting off. We did contact Tommy the property manager and he promptly got someone out to look at it. When I did text Tommy he responded quickly and was very nice. He was awesome. We also were in touch with Richard the property owner before we arrived and he also responded quickly and answered any questions we had. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

First, working out the details with Richard was extremely easy. He was helpful and timely. Tommy always had a warm smile and an answer for almost any question. The house was perfectly situated to allow one, within 15 minutes, to reach all northern beaches and the stores of Cruz Bay. The house was under going storm repairs but didn't interfer with our stay. However, there was no internet service and the whole property sound system was not functioning. The walk to and from the beach is not a comfortable walk and the snoklering qae poor. We simply traveled by car to the numerous beaches like Hawknest, Jumbie, Trunk, Cimarron, Maho and Francis. When early to miss the crowd, left when it became crowded and return around 4:30. Almost everything you cod think of using was available at the house. We brought sand toys from the States and left them there for the next renter. I would suggest a list of items available was compiled and available on the web site. It would have easier to pack. The views are amazing.

Trip of a lifetime!

We stayed at Coco de Mer the last week in May after my daughter's college graduation and my son's high school graduation. The house was perfect for our party of 8. The views were exactly what we saw on the travel websites. Tommy did a great job and answered all of our questions and was there for us if we needed him. We walked to Peter's Bay beach several times and took the car once. Snorkeling at Peter's Bay was better than I had expected. Had a great experience with Boat Day V.I. and had Passionfruitchefs make us breakfast and dinner on our first day which was delicious. I would also recommend Cinnamon Bay hike and take the detour to America Hill House. The views are amazing. Thank you Suite St. John for memories that will last a lifetime!

Coco de Mer

This was truly a vacation of a lifetime. The Villa was amazing. It certainly exceeded all our expectations. The scenery, the grounds ,the accommodations , the prompt way Richard replied to my emails and of coarse Tommy (the go to guy).I can only hope that one day my family and I will be able to visit Coco de Mer again. Loved our paradise for a week. Thank you for all the beautiful memories.

Peter Bay Estate is one of the few parcels of pristine North Shore land that was not deeded to the Virgin Islands National Park. It is one of the very few St. John properties with a private white sand beach. Villa Coco de Mer is private, tranquil, and surrounded on all sides by the Virgin Islands National Park. The views from Villa Coco de Mer are breathtaking, the Villa is ultra luxury, and famous world-class beaches are 3-10 minutes away. Walk to Peter Bay Beach (7 minutes), or drive to Trunk Bay Beach (3 minutes), and Cinnamon Bay Beach (10 minutes). All these factors were foremost in deciding on the purchase of Villa Coco de Mer.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Location, location, location. Villa Coco de Mer is sandwiched halfway between two of St. John's most beautiful beaches, Trunk and Cinnamon Bay. Peter Bay's own private beach has some of the best snorkeling on the Island, yet is extremely private since Peter Bay is a gated community. Since purchasing this property in 2007, owners have remodeled the kitchen,
added a generator, resurfaced the pool with pebble tec, added large Sony HD Flat Screen TV's througout,
six to be exact, as well as upgrading DishNet to HD and expanding service to over 200 extra channels. Most of all, the landscaping includes some 35 orchids along with nearly every tropical flower and fruit tree.
