We had a wonderful stay at Cin Cin. The property was very spacious and thoughtfully laid out. The outdoor spaces were stunning and ample. Having the bedrooms be detached from the main living area gave each family privacy and the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The property owner was easy to work with the property manager on island was responsive, helpful, and warm. All in all a great stay!

The home is incredible. Everything went perfect, The Villa is one of the best homes we have ever stayed at. The Host Crystal is the best host we have ever had. Knowing the local information, restaurants, beaches, the whole island vibe everything. She is from there and understands what the island can offer.The Villa is fully equipped with everything you will need.Property is 5 Star. Location is awesome. You can watch the sunrise to the east and the sunset to the west. The beach below is close and incredible, Turtles, fish stingrays and gorgeous clean warm water. The View we think is one of the best on the island. We could talk about this Villa all day. We loved our stay and will be back soon. Thanks Crystal and Christine.

This is the best house you and your family friends could ever stay in. Christine is the consummate host. She will take as much time out of her day to walk you through every detail about arrival, the house, groceries, restaurants, excursions, etc. The house is immaculate and has anything you ever wanted in the kitchen. If you love to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked. The pool, hot tub, rooms, view are amazing. We will definitely be back in the future!

Villa Cin Cin was the perfect location to celebrate my 50th birthday! The host and house manager are incredible and help with any questions and recommendations. The kitchen has everything you need and is a great set up for short term rental guests. Every room in a primary room with en suite bathrooms and outdoor showers.The beach is easily accessible and feels very private. The highlight of the house is definitely the outdoor area- pool, spa and THAT VIEW!!We can’t wait to go back!!!!

This house was amazing for our family of six (3 adult couples), but could have easily accommodated more. The bedrooms and family living space are all completely separate so you get the perfect mix of privacy and social interaction. Kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking meals at home which we preferred. Views are as stunning as they look in pictures. Owner was fantastic about providing helpful information and answering questions. Definitely a great place to stay at USVI.

The pool was the best place to spend an afternoon after sight seeing.
So fun to have a yoga instructor come to Cin Cin for a private lesson (and we followed that with private massages at the house).

Amazing Place!

Amazing experience

Villa Cin Cin is absolutely stunning- the photos and videos do not do it justice. Our family and friends loved our time here. The infinity pool has amazing views of the bay, and we had a gorgeous sunset every evening. The snorkeling off the beach was awesome, and it is only a 5 minute walk from the house. The kitchen was perfect for us- we cooked every night. The layout of the house allows for privacy- each master bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony. We loved the outdoor shower! This place was perfect for our family and friends- we will be back!

Our family of 11 (ages 10–74) spent Christmas at Villa Cin Cin, and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views and how beautifully the villa blends into the natural surroundings of St. John.The layout was ideal for our large, multi-generational group. Each family had their own private space, while the main house made it easy to come together for meals, pool and hot tub time, and evenings together. The open, airy living areas were filled with natural light and made relaxing as a group effortless.The property is stunning and meticulously maintained, with gorgeous water views from every angle. Direct access to a private beach was a true luxury and made the villa feel peaceful and secluded.The home was fully equipped for a large group, including a well-stocked kitchen and convenient laundry facilities. Communication was excellent from start to finish, including great communication directly with the owner, which made planning and arrival seamless. The welcome dinner provided upon arrival truly hit the spot after a long day of travel and was such a thoughtful touch.A special thank you to Crystal, the house manager, who went above and beyond. She was attentive, kind, and even came on Christmas Day to bring a walker when a family member was injured—an act we will never forget.Villa Cin Cin gave us an unforgettable family Christmas. We would absolutely return and recommend this property.

Excellent House

Our island team and our family take great pride in giving our guests the vacation experience of a lifetime. We picked the exquisite location of private Ditleff Point for that very reason before we designed and built our home. Every room, including the outdoor spaces at Villa Cin Cin were purposefully designed by our architect to magnify the spectacular views, all while giving our guests and family an out of this world experience-all with the comforts of home. Absolute stunning property & amazing host

This place is one you need to experience and see with your own eyes because Villa Cin Cin is even better than anything you can dream up! The home is absolutely gorgeous home with the most stunning views, and provides the most relaxing experience possible. Christine, the host, and Crystal, the property manager, are also the sweetest and most caring and helpful people ever! We had the absolute best stay and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a getaway!

Vacation at Villa Cin Cin

Our family (a group of 11 people) had an outstanding vacation in St. John at the Villa Cin Cin. The villa is located in Ditleff Point, probably the nicest location on the island. It is a beautiful villa with all the amenities a family would need. The property owner and the manager were great. It was truly a luxury experience. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Covid getaway

Our group of 8 friends had a fantastic time at this property. It is a beautiful home and pictures do not do it justice. It is a mere 5 minute walk to the best snorkeling beach on the island. We saw sharks, turtles, rays, etc. all from the comfort of our own private beach. This home is truly a gem and you will not be disappointed.

During every snorkeling adventure, our guests always see turtles, rays and tons of beautiful fish. There aren't any waves at our private beach, it's beautifully calm and that is perfect for those who have never snorkeled before, or for young children. We are so happy you loved our home! Very excited to host you all in the future!

Awesome Villa with amazing virws

The owner was very thorough with all the details on the house, the island, jeep rentals, and places to dine. Crystal, the property manager met us at the ferry and led the way to the house which made it very easy. The house is amazing. I loved that all the bedrooms were the same so there was no fighting over the “best room”. The sunsets were fantastic and the kitchen was great for us to cook together.

We designed Villa Cin Cin so that all five couples have the same fantastic experience. Our large gourmet kitchen and sunsets in the evening are so unique too. Amazing

Not typically one to leave reviews good, bad or otherwise … but this was so amazing that I just had to. Location = AMAZING … House = AMAZING … Communication = AMAZING … Experience = AMAZING. This sets a new bar and is very deserving for winning this award. It will likely do this again and again!

Phenomenal property!!!

This was the best property I’ve ever rented! The owner and manager were great to work with and very detailed with the rental process. The house is perfect for a large group as it has five true master suites. It also had every amenity necessary. Pictures don’t do the views justice…..they were even better in person! Make sure you rent a Jeep as the hills are fairly steep but manageable. Stay at Villa Cin Cin….you won’t regret it!
