This beautiful ground floor villa is beautifully decorated and is a great location to kick back and relax. You'll love the spacious open floor plan great room and being on the ground floor, you just walk out to your patio! The great room has a queen sleeper sofa and two comfy recliners. The large wall mounted TV has Roku HD streaming included. And don't forget to bring your devices because Lux Speed WiFi is provided throughout the property. The view from the great room is amazing with floor to ceiling windows!

Step out onto your patio for morning coffee or evening drinks at sunset. There's plenty of seating on this private covered patio. Both the great room and the bedroom have sliding doors to access the patio.

The kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The kitchen has modern cabinets and granite counter tops with plenty of light and the latest appliances, too. Cooking here is a dream and best of all there's a view from the kitchen. Your dining area has a table and chairs for four that's great for meals and also for game night! There is additional seating at the bar. The washer and dryer is located in the kitchen for your convenience.

This villa boasts a coastal theme no matter what part of the condo you walk into. The Sandy Shores Main Suite features two queen sized beds with high thread count luxury bed linens and soft fluffy pillows. You'll feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. As you walk into the en-suite main bath you will find a walk-in closet large enough to fit all your things. Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
