Nice house and great location

Perfect!

Property was just as described and more! Property owners were very responsive no matter the time! My children loved it! The pool was perfect- even in January! Very close to everything you could ever want and need! I’m a clean freak so the house was spotless before we left it. Only thing I did not enjoy was the cleaning ladies and girl watching us load our luggage from in front of the drive way and was smoking. I didn’t know who they were and asked if they needed something and they politely told me they were the house keepers. That’s not a property or management issue though. Over all our vacation was perfect and will def book with them our next visit!

Hi Ira, Thanks a lot for staying with us :) We also have 5 Bedrooms and 4 bathroom with fully fenced backyard with Pool & SPA, in Clermont. Hope to host you again. Great location but villa is lacking.

Despite this villa being in an excellent location for restaurants and parks there are serious shortcomings. Badly equipped eg no pool towels, no oven mitts or tea towels and not enough glasses (2 wine glasses). Cracked sofas and grubby cushions. Villa needs a clean- mouldy loungers and showers and rusty basins. Not even a bar of small soap for when we arrived (if I don’t count the dried up bar in shower left from previous guest confirming my suspicions of inadequate cleaning). Two of the bedrooms are almost impossible to sleep in due to noise of external a/c unit.

Disappointing, Very Tired but with potential.

Overall the property has a fabulous location for Disney, the host is great with communication and our pressing arrival issues were sorted immediately. We had more minor issues, but decided to get on with holiday rather than fixate on downfalls. House was “generally” clean, but tired and in need of some repairs / renovations / deep cleaning. Beds were clean and comfy (only 2 rooms used). However the noise from AC unit might cause problems for children in twin room. The outdoor area looks unloved and needs attention urgently as was “totally uninviting” with weeds, dirty patio floor and dirty tables /chairs. The door runners between house and outside are filthy and look like they haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. The furniture is tired and the leather settees are both cracked and very faded. Both showers needed a 2nd cleaning on arrival and sinks in en-suite both show unsightly signs of rust through the enamel. Overall I’d say disappointing as I know from experience that there are better maintained places freely available.

Winter 2023/24

The property was not in good order for new renters when we first arrived. property was not clean; my wife and I spent most of our first two or three days cleaning the entire property. The owner was very responsive to our issues and made an effort to have our issues addressed but we did not expect to spend our time having to clean the property. My opinion is that most of the past renters were there for only a day or two and simply did not take issue with things like the dirty pool deck or warn out and mildewed cushions on pool furniture. The clothes dryer was not attached to its vent spreading lint and humid air throughout the house whenever used. Only one TV which did not work and though it was replaced quickly, it was the only TV in the house and when grandchildren visited it would have been nice to have had at least one other as was indicated in the advertisement for the property. We were planning on spending four months in the house so many of our issues had to be addressed. I will say Asif was cooperative with our problems and addressed them all but we certainly started on rocky ground. I have experience as an owner in the rental market and just feel that you have to spend a great deal of attention to the details of cleanliness and general property maintenance. We ended up having an enjoyable "snow-bird" experience but have made arrangements in another property next year.

Abgewohntes Ferienhaus

Wir schauten uns das Haus genauer an, es ist eine abgewohnte Luxusvilla, die mangelhaft renoviert wurde. Die Scheiben vom Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche sind nicht sauber, die Tische waren nicht abgewischt, die Spühlbecken im Bad sehen aus als wäre da reingekotzt worden, das liegt daran, es sind emaillierte Blecheinsätze, die an den Überläufen anfangen zu rosten, das sieht total besch……aus. Der Kühlschrank geht nicht richtig zu und der Eismaker funktioniert nicht. Die Wohnzimmertür geht kaum auf, dafür kann man die Schlafzimmertür nicht verriegeln! Die Silikonfugen in Bad und Dusche sind stümperhaft nachgearbeitet worden. Der Pool ist sauber, das Wasser gut, aber die Fliesen total kaput und daher nicht schön anzusehen. Die Polster der vier Liegen sind schon Wochenlang nicht mehr reingeholt worden, daher sind sie dreckig und nass! Der Gasgrill der im Netz steht, der ist Kernschrott, er steht neben dem Haus, daneben steht ein Kohlegrill mit Asche und alter Alufolie. Sehr unappetitlich! Das zu unserm Haus!!

Hermosa casa para sentirse como en casa

En principio dudé de reservar porque parecía lejos de todo, pero en auto se llega en 10 minutos a casi cualquier lado. Barrio muy tranquilo. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para cortas y largas estadías, muy bien equipada. Sin lugar a dudas la reservaría nuevamente. Muchas gracias.

A diamond with rough edges

Positives: House is in a great location, away from the chaos but not to far. Good size house, awesome pool. Great setup, good price. Negatives: Could use some slight repairs and updating. Final thoughts: I would rent here again, and I would recommend it.

Location, Location, Location

Distance to Disney, SeaWorld and Universal is perfect. The owners have a gem in the ruff, I hope they will reinvest some of their earnings and bring this dated property back up to a higher standard. I understand that the owners haven’t had this property for long. So taking that into consideration, I would stay here again.
