Enjoy this newly renovated (2023) first floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 8 and is well suited for two families to enjoy vacation together! In July and August, this is a 7-day minimum stay with check in/out on Saturday.

The living room features a wall of sliding glass doors that open onto the secluded wraparound screened-in porch. After a day of sun and fun, it’s a great spot to have a cocktail! The kitchen is clean and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. The primary bedroom has a brand-new queen-size mattress and ensuite bathroom. The next room has a full bed with bathroom just across the hall. The last bedroom has bunk beds plus a day bed with trundle (4 twin beds). There is also a washer/dryer in the condo. In addition, you will have access to the storage closet which houses all the things necessary for the ultimate beach day. Items include: one bike (and one child seat that can be attached as needed), beach cart, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, tennis racket and balls, even a kite ;-).

We are a smoke and pet free condo and ultra-kid friendly with plenty of games, books and DVDs. There’s a high chair, pack-n-play and, umbrella stroller for your use. We are right across from West Lake with a brand new playground and a quick walk to one of the many pools.

All renters must pack their own bed linens and towels. Linen rental service is available as an alternative. We can provide you with additional information upon request.

All guests at Sea Colony are required to purchase a recreational badge per person (per week-Saturday to Saturday) in the summer months, which includes TWO parking passes (there are no additional parking passes).
