This charming house is located on a landscaped, level lot on a quiet, dead end lane just 4/10 mile from Forest Beach on Nantucket Sound. The house has a lovely bedroom with a queen size bed, a tiled bathroom, a beautiful kitchen, a dining area opening to a large deck, a living room with a fireplace and French doors opening to a delightful screened porch on the first floor. The upstairs has three charming bedrooms, two of these bedrooms have 2 twin beds and the other has a queen size bed. There is a full size tiled bathroom on the second floor as well. The house has cable HD TV, a DVD player, high speed wireless internet, an enclosed outside shower, a barbecue, beach chairs and central air conditioning and heat. A town tennis court and the bike trail are a short walk away. Chatham is one of the most beautiful towns on Cape Cod that offers beaches, golf, great dining, unique shopping, seal watching, biking and water sports. leases made from July 1st 2019 onward will have the tax of 12.45%

Such a great value! We had everything that we needed in the location was wonderful with an easy 10 minute walk to a lovely serene beach. Very convenient location and the House were very communicative and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

Personable and great location

Very nice property that worked well for our Cape Cod family vacation. Clean and well-equipped for our stay. The hosts were great and provided lots of information on things to see and do in the area. The house is in a quiet location and within walking distance (1/2 mile) of the neighborhood Forest Beach, which was perfect for beach-combing walks and relaxing in chairs on the sand. Overall, we had a perfect stay in Chatham.

Pure Gem in Chatham

We had an amazing time. The location is superb and within an easy walk to a very nice and uncrowded beach. The house was extremely clean with all the amenities you could ask for. We'd love to stay there again.

Great House and Location

House lived up to all the good reviews. Clean, well-stocked, spacious. Layout was great for large family. Hosts were excellent and provided all info needed. Location is very peaceful. Would stay again for sure.

Wonderful Stay

Great long weekend at the Chatham house. Owners nicely worked with us to do a less than a week stay. Close enough to walk to beach and there was plenty of parking if you chose to drive. Had everything we needed except maybe a full length mirror since 4 women were getting ready for a wedding 😊. We would stay there again!

The location of this home is perfect! We took walks to the beach almost every day. The neighborhood is wonderful and our walk through the woods to the osprey nesting grounds was quite interesting. The home is set up well, with different areas to relax, play cards, and read. It is a great family home.

Lovely House and People

Communication was great, they answered all questions in a timely manner. Perfect location for all the events we had to attend. House is charming, clean and has everything you would need for a long stay. We were in for a weekend wedding so didn't spend a lot of time at the house but we would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful Home in Chatham

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It's in a convenient location for exploring all of Cape Cod by car or by bike on the nearby Rail Trail, or take the easy walk to Forest Beach through the quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of space inside this clean and comfortable home, as well as a spacious deck for relaxing in the sun. The hosts were so helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

A lovely home

This is a beautifully kept home perfect for a family vacation on the Cape. The kitchen was the best stocked rental I’ve ever had in terms of kitchen appliances/tools/serving ware/bakeware, etc. Everything was very clean. Communication with the hosts (who are the owners - it’s not a property management company) was stellar. We hope to visit again!

Family Vacation

The House is located on a quiet and private street. It is a short walk to Forest Beach and a short drive to Hardings Beach. The house is well equipped and well set up for socializing and cooking. The hosts are extremely helpful and this was a real bonus. Visitors must provide their own towels and linens.

Amazing

Highly recommend this wonderful home. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Forest beach and the scenic marsh overlook make for a pleasant daily outing. Kitchen has everything you need for family meals. The owners, were absolutely the best! Thank you for sharing your delightful hime with us.

Great house near beach

This house had everything we needed - lots of space, walk to the beach, quick hop to the bike trail. Multiple areas to sit so kids could be in one room while we (parents) were in another. Ping pong table downstairs also gave kids another activity. Very clean and uncluttered!

Chatham vacation

Everyone enjoyed their stay. Secluded street was quite, lots of rabbits and turkeys kids loved! Quite walks and not far from the beach. The screen on the french door was a problem thou, for twin 2 year olds, the gasket did not hold when they leaned on it. I tried to keep it in place so the babies didn’t get hurt, not much luck.

Lovely home in a beautiful location

This comfortable home in a quiet setting close to everything we needed couldn’t have been better. The owner was so helpful and responsive. We had beautiful walks right out the door in the morning and went on bike rides on the rail trail a short distance drive away.

Great house, great location! Wonderful rental with everything you need!

We had a fabulous stay! The house, deck, enclosed porch and yard provided tons of spaces for places to play! Whether you’re curling up with a good book in the enclosed porch or playing yard games outside overlooking the ocean in the distance, this rental provided it! House is well stocked for all your needs. Grilling, cooking or just chilling, this rental has it all! Thanks Elaine for sharing your wonderful home with us! We will definitely rent again!

Chatham get away

This property was everything we were looking for and more. The pictures shown were exactly like the house we stayed in. We had so much room with four bedrooms a large living room large kitchen a large Florida room and a deck. Everything was provided for us. The host Left us a list of the nearest stores and restaurants and places to go and things to see. We enjoyed our visit very much and the host was the best!

Don’t miss this one!

This home is all that we expected; quiet neighborhood, clean, comfortable and a short walk to the beach. If you are wanting to explore the Cape, this home was a short drive away from any location. The Nantucket fast ferry is just minutes away in Harwich. Barbara was just a text away if we had any questions or needed any recommendations. Great memories were made during our stay!

Great place to stay! Will definitely look to book again!

The house came as advertised and had plenty of space, was clean and is only a short walk to a quiet beach. The location allows you to enjoy both downtown Chatham and Harwich. Sam and Elaine were extremely helpful and easy to work with. We're hoping to rent their place again as soon as possible!

Great spot great stay

Very clean, well appointed comfortable home for our family. Great back deck, out door shower! Casual open living spaces. The location is wonderful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! Walk to the beach, short easy drive to downtown Chatham. Thank you!!!!
