The property couldn't be nicer. The location is beautiful, relaxing, convenient, and totally enjoyable. Shopping and beaches are conveniently nearby. Rooms are neat and clean with all the amenities needed to enjoy the views, cook, bar-be-que, and have a nice Bloody Mary at 5 in the peaceful afternoon. Maryanne was so gracious and considerate. She was in constant communication with us giving us restaurant and vineyard recommendations that made it so easy for us to find good food and good wine. Would highly recommend this property if you want comfort and an easy, no issue vacation stay....5 Stars Plus.

Once again, we had a wonderful stay at our ‘home away from home’. Everything was just perfect! The check in process was simple, the house was spotless, the kitchen has all appliances needed, and the views from inside the house and the outside decks are stunning. And, the neighborhood is so quiet; you only hear the birds singing. I grew up on the north fork and now live in Boston, and have many friends and relatives in the area, and anyone who stops by comments the same thing over and over…’what a hidden gem’! And it certainly is our home away from home!

Beautiful and relaxing

This was our third time staying at this home and we continue to love it. The location is ideal with beautiful views, use of the dock for paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and fishing, and the house is well stocked, spacious, and comfortable. We love eating dinner out on the deck overlooking the water. Hope to be back next year!

Beautiful relaxing spot

This was our second stay at this home and it was a wonderful vacation again. The house is clean, comfortable, and has spaces for everyone. The owners are responsive, kind, and accommodating. The view from the deck is stunning and the whole family loves the dock for fishing, swimming, boating, and paddle boarding. We can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely Perfect Home Away From Home!

Everything about 1605 Meday was just perfect…and I mean EVERYTHING! Maryanne, our host, was attentive, informative, helpful, responsive, and so so nice. The minute we walked into the house we felt we were ‘home’. It was spacious, comfy, nicely decorated, gorgeous views, with all the amenities needed to make our stay in Mattituck just perfect. Having grown up in the area, we were close to family and friends, and when they visited, they were in awe of how beautiful the location was, and how perfect the house was. We were only minutes away from wineries, breweries, Love Lane, beaches, great restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommend this listing, and we can’t wait to go back to the North Fork!

Beautiful location on the inlet

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful spot. Paddle boarded, kayaked, swam, and floated off the dock. Kids and adults loved it. The location is perfect, close to anything you’d want to do. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out inside, comfortable beds, and we enjoyed the huge deck for meals and just taking in the view. Owner was very responsive. Hoping to come back!

Wonderful escape from the city - take 2

We had such a nice time back in May (to start our summer) that we came out again in August (to close out our summer). Cute home, beautiful view, endless hours jumping off the dock with the kids.

Loved our stay.

Location was perfect. Close to beach, vineyards and farms. Appliances and furniture were a little outdated but the house was spotless. Would stay here again.

Wonderful escape from the city - take 2

We enjoyed our stay back in May so much that we re-booked and came out for a little longer to close out the summer. A very cute home, a great spot with relaxing views over the inlet and a dock that provided endless jumping in the water.

Great getaway!

We loved this beautiful home on the Mattituck Inlet! Very clean, very comfortable, and it had all the amenities that we could think of! Thank you Maryann for being so accommodating due to the tropical storm. Our stay was above and beyond our expectations! We will be back :)

Great Place to Get Away

My family and I had a great time! The house was perfect for our family and a great way to get away during this time. We felt very safe and everything was disinfected and hand sanitizer in every room. We were able to stay outside and watch the beautiful sunsets. Its also a great location close to the local farms, the Long Island wineries, which were open for out door seating and great restaurants. It was a great vacation for everyone!

Quiet Remote Spot on North Fork

Nice home with private yard and great views from the deck. Water access with floating dock was ideal for our kayak n paddle board. Close to wineries, farms, n town of Mattituck.

Wonderful escape from the city

We had a wonderful stay at Maryanne's place. The house is so sweet with a garden that the children enjoyed, the view is mesmerizing and Maryanne was extremely warm, welcoming and helpful. We are already planning our next visit!

Wonderful Experience!

We had a wonderful experience with this property. It was the perfect home for our group of friends, who were in town to celebrate a wedding. The house was clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The lovely porch is the icing on the cake! We will for sure be back!

Fantastic location

Beautifully situated on private channel, house is all you need to rest and relax on the North Fork. Lots of rooms-decks-seating areas - all great for a family or group of friends.

Great house to relax and take in the beauty of the North Fork

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Mattituck. Situated on an inlet, the views from all the back windows, the sunroom and deck are stunning. So peaceful and lots of wildlife. So enjoyed sitting on the deck... coffee in the morning, reading in the afternoon, and sipping wine while the sun set. Great deck furniture with new, comfortable seat cushions. The grill has a gas line, which was wonderful -- no need to worry about running out of propane. We were able to rent some kayaks, which were delivered to the property, and took in all the beauty. The house was clean and extremely comfortable for our group of six. New air conditioning units worked beautifully. Beds were very comfortable. We had to call the owner on a couple of occasions and the owner was super responsive. Both issues were minor and remedied immediately. The house is super close to Love Lane and Macari Vinyard (our favorite😁)! The only recommendation I would make is to provide beach passes for those who may want to visit the beach. There is a beautiful beach (Breakwater Beach) a few miles north. A pass is $5 for the entire summer for residents, but $25 for the day for nonresidents. All in all, a wonderful stay!
