Set back in the yard just yards from Pearl Beach House, the apartment has its own private porch and shares the yard, gardens and beach w/ the Pearl Beach House. This is a Belizean hardwood traditional house style, NOT a new luxury apartment! Maximum stay 14 days. Shared, saltwater 40ft X 12 ft lap pool, 4ft depth professionally maintained weekly. Pool deck seating and umbrellas, towels. Pool hours 8AM till 9PM. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Private shaded parking for one car or golf cart, Private beach area w/ seawall and pier shared by both Pearl Beach house guests and apartment. Private dock at beach for fishing or bird watching, no mooring. WiFi, Cable TV and Netflix. Full kitchen w/ appliances and cook/dinner ware. On demand SOLAR hot water, recycling bins for glass, plastic/cans (food cans must be rinsed) One double bedroom, one bedroom w/ two twin beds. Traditional Belizean hardwoods and construction. Hardwood floors w/ rugs. cushioned couches in living area, seating for 4 for meals. Smaller bathroom w/ tile shower, toilet and sink/mirror. Hot and cold water, hardwood floor.
Beautiful hardwood flooring throughout, Shared split level AC in bedrooms professionally cleaned and maintained. Ceiling fans. AC in living area in front of house, as well as open louvers option for fresh breeze. Cannot open louvers and use AC at same time!! Security steel interior door for night time lock up. Hardwood exterior door w/ touch pad keying. Cable TV in living area. Light and airy room on top floor of two story house. Caretakers downstairs. Small deck off the living area catches a breeze. Seating & hammock on deck as well as around property and in yard palapa. Solar outside security lighting and on stairs to apartment. Hardwood closets in both bedrooms. Plenty of room in each bedroom for toiletries as bathroom sink area is small. Chest of drawers for clothing, garment hanging area in closet.
Located just North of the Placencia Airstrip. Planes fly over the dock on departure, guests enjoy watching the flights. Small restaurant accessible by walking beach 5 minutes South. Aircraft noise limited to approx. 10 seconds.
20 minute walk to village. Bike & golf cart rental in village. Taxis will pick up at Guest House. Maximum occupancy 4 people. Family property, no loud parties, noise off at 10PM other than moderate inside (TV etc). Pool open 7AM till 9PM. No visitors from village on property, guests ONLY. This is for all guests safety. Security person on premises at night. Automatic gated entrance. Peaceful location out of the main village, yet village business 10 minutes away as well as restaurants along the route. Downstairs Complimentary Guest Laundry. Kids welcome but cannot be left in apartment unattended.
