Jardin de las Palmas is a fabulous three-story home designed by award winning architect, Estela Mendoza. The largest bedroom on the first floor has one king bed and a bunk bed with two twin-size mattresses, a large bath and private patio. The home has a kitchen for gourmet chefs, complete with dishwasher, filtered water and all stainless steel appliances, including a six-burner range. There are two master suites on the second floor, each with king-sized bed, private bath and private balcony. All bedrooms and living/dining/kitchen areas in the main house are air conditioned and the ten foot ceilings throughout give the home a spacious feel.

The top floor has a palapa roof and is a second living area with fabulous mountain and town views. It also has a full bath with shower, full kitchen/bar and plenty of seating for entertaining. You will also find a private and spacious tanning area on the third floor. In the heart of Sayulita, this beautiful retreat is just a short three block walk to the town square or the beach.

The home has a pressurized water system and is tied into city sewer whereas most homes have only minimal gravity water pressure and a septic tank.

Also available on-site, if needed, is a separate air conditioned one-bedroom casita with a queen-sized bed, full kitchen and full bath with outdoor shower for an additional price. This home is not rented separately to non-related groups.

The pool area has beautiful lighted gardens, propane barbeque grill, and terrazas perfect for outdoor entertaining and dining.

Jardin de las Palmas is professionally decorated and managed and is assured to be a delightful house for you and your guests/family to stay in during your vacation to Sayulita.

All funds sent are non-refundable upon receipt (excluding security & pet deposits).

Everything was simply perfect. We were 2 families with 5 kids and had a perfect stay. Location is perfect, close enough to the beach and the city, but far enough so we hear nothing at night. I highly recommend the Casa!

Wonderful Refuge

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The layout was perfect for two families. Sayulita is busier than ever but this home was a quiet retreat from the action and we loved how close it was to the Playa de los muertos and playa carricitos.

Had a family vacation with 10 of us. Rooms were superb. Everything was in great working order. Great pool, 2 kitchens. Daily pool cleaning and house cleaning. 5 minute walk to the town center.

Family Vacation

My husband and I traveled to Sayulita with 5 teenagers taking surf lessons. The location was perfect. A short stroll to town, restaurants, shops and the beach. The house was a perfect layout and provided a lot of privacy between us. The palapa has wonderful views while we had breakfast. The kids swam in the pool to cool off. I would definitely return to this exact spot.

Perfect Stay!

We loved this property. It is in the best location and within walking distance to the beach and town. The home is beautiful. It fit our party of six comfortably and we enjoyed our nights in cooking and eating on the 3rd story "outside living" space. The staff we worked with, Dora and Mitch, were so friendly and helpful. Our daily service by Lupita was top notch. This property is well taken care of. We would stay here again for sure. We loved Sayulita!

Great Property

Such a great stay at this beautiful property in Sayulita. The house is very unique architecture and has lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for a comfortable vacay. We especially loved the pool and location. Walking distance to downtown Sayulita. The cons were we had a break in within the first 2 hours of being there and some money was stolen, the property manager took it very seriously. A word of advice to use the safes and lock all windows and patio doors everytime you go out. There was also construction right next door and on Friday and Saturday nights Sayulita is loud with club music. All that aside, it was an excellent vacation!

Perfect

This property and home not only lived up to the beautiful description and photos, it far surpassed it. Absolutely lovely property, pool was perfect to cool off at any time of day, easy manageable walkable distance from the town and beach. The check in process was fantastic with a local contact to walk us through and setup a way to reach out if we needed anything. The daily housekeeping service and pool worker was an added bonus we did not expect. We used the management company to book our transportation from the airport to the property with and was better price than anything we could find ourselves beforehand unless you want to take the bus which I don’t recommend with a lot of luggage. Wonderful stay and experience. We absolutely love Sayulita and can’t wait to return. Muchas Gracias!

Intergenerational Family Gathering for Christmas

Your property provided an excellent stay for us: the sleeping arrangements for all of us were great and the rental of the casita was a bonus. The setup provided privacy for all of us yet there were great places for socializing especially on the main floor and pool deck as well as on the third. The kitchen space and supplies made it convenient for food preparation. Your property is close to all the amenities, the city centre and beaches. We would recommend that all potential guests be forewarned that there are lots of steps to contend with (20 from the parking spot to the main floor; 38 from the main floor to the top terrace). AS well there's a considerable hill from your property to the beaches, stores and centre of town. Kiki, the cat, was an added bonus for our teens. Your staff was excellent, sociable and took a real interest in your property. A golf cart rental is practically a must!!

Better than expected.

We went as a family for my brother's birthday and were a group of 8 people. The house was fantastic and had a great and clever design for this many people on one property since each bedroom except for the downstairs "kids" room is accessed by an outdoor staircase which made it feel like a great combination of private hotel and family casa. The rooms were beautifully decorated with great taste and quality furnishings in the bedrooms and kitchen/living room. The pool was big enough for swimming to cool off and the upstairs terrace was like going to another place for the night and having our own dinner party. The bonus was having the small casita as well which was a little haven for our Mum. Lupe, the house cleaner was fantastic and took care of all the cleaning for us and had a magic gift of never seeming to be there! The location of the house was also perfect - a ten minute walk to the beach and right on the edge of town so that we were in the middle of it all within five minutes but felt far enough away that we never felt like it was noisy. Sayulita is a great vacation for all ages and Esteban and Dora took care of helping us and advising us for restaurants and surfing lessons. We highly recommend this rental house and would come back again. No complaints at all. Thank you!!

Oasis in the heart of Sayulita

The property was near perfect for our group. 2 families with 5 kids between 7-13. The rooms were all comfortable and the eldest stayed down in the Casita. The only thing to consider is that you have to lock the children in to the downstairs and the Casita at night and instruct them to go outside and up to the “adult rooms” on floor 2 if they need something during the night. Once that was figured out, we rested better. You are in it at this location, with the construction around you, late night “ gatos locos” fighting on the balconies, fireworks, and local street dogs barking! (Many nights were more quiet than that sounds). If you want a short walk to all beaches and the plaza, these things are all part of that experience. We did not rent a golf cart. The north end seems a bit more quiet but we thoroughly enjoyed being immersed. We enjoyed Carracitos (1mile hike), Los Muertos, and Sayulita beach. This location provides direct access to the back roads for beach options. Thr kids loved the pool, and after a day at the beach and enjoying the plaza for eats and shopping, the adults very much needed a dip and drink by the pool. In addition, we made breakfast and coffee in the top floor kitchen each morning. Such a relaxing spot to enjoy the sunrise and stare at the “lake view” across the street to the south east. If you look hard enough, with a little imagination you’ll find it. From management responding quickly to inquiries, and arranging transport, to super friendly maid service….they do it right at Jardin De Las Palmas!

Beautiful beautiful home

First off let me start by saying this is the first time my family and I rented a home. I Called Mitch at least a dozen times and I’m sure he wanted to reach through the phone and slap me across the head a few times and I wouldn’t blame him. After a small issue of the number of family members I had staying with me Ralph and I worked out an agreement and it was just fine. I know it still says Ten on the website.

Better than Advertised!

We were so excited and impressed when we arrived at the house in Sayulita. The location was perfect--an easy walk to everything, but with quiet surroundings. There were 8 of us, so we rented the little casita as well. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and also hang out as a group. The pool was perfect in the afternoon for the people who didn't want to spend all afternoon at the beach. Everyone in the group commented about how great the house was. We could not have been happier! Would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others.

Better than we could have imagined!

We stayed with 4 couples and this place was perfect for the 8 of us with the addition of the casita. The distance between town and the beach is perfect. It's close enough that it's a very short walk to either and far enough away that you can relax without having to worry about the noise or tons of people walking by. The pool was great for cooling off and lounging. And the upstairs had beautiful views and was great for lounging and hanging out. We loved the indoor/outdoor vibes from this place. The design and the gardens are truly top-notch. The property manager was easy to communicate with and was very helpful with suggestions and answering our questions. He even helped us arrange our transportation to and from the airport, which I would highly recommend, as it was on time and gave us great peace of mind. Our group could not stop talking about how amazing this place was and we're already plotting our inevitable return!

A Great Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful atmosphere that surrounds the house, waking up to jungle bird calls and (often) Mexican music. Lupe, the housekeeper was amazing.

Even Better than Advertised

Just unreal. The home and property are incredible. We were constantly taking dips in the pool to cool off and then lounging on the top deck taking in the incredible views. The property manager was SO responsive and helpful. And the location was perfect: not right in the middle of town, but walkable to a huge amount of restaurants and right down the road from the beach. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Spacious and Lush Property - Amazing!

This home is beautiful and spacious! Lots of space to relax and enjoy the pace and chill vibes of Sayulita. The pool, hammock, and upstairs patio are wonderful. This property is close to everything -- the beach, the plaza, coffee, and really good food. We especially loved the trees and garden! If you find yourself awake at night there is a lot happening. Hummingbirds, frogs, moths, and geckos are all active and busy visiting the plants. Property staff/support are wonderful people, as is everyone we met in Sayulita. We loved it!

Wife's 30th B-day celebration

Came down for my wife's 30th birthday celebration for a week and wow this place did not disappoint!!! The property, staff, and management were all very friendly and accommodating to our needs. the location of the house is far enough away from the loud downtown scene to be quite but close enough to walk anywhere you need to go. We will definitely be back for another stay at this beautiful location.
