Maybe you are enjoying an ice cold beer or a freshly blended margarita in your dream afternoon in the tropics? Totally do-able with our fully equipped kitchen steps away. Enjoy sun-tanning or relaxing by the pool by either of our two pristine pools or better yet walk a few yards down to the sand and surf in front of the private beachfront complex with the beach chairs and umbrellas provided. A day at the beach is incredibly easy from Margaritaville. Less than a minute walk away from the quieter north side beach, this location makes coming to and from the beach a snap for getting refreshments or taking a quick break mid-day to escape the heat. The tiresome chore of packing up is minimized as our house is closer to the ocean than you would park by the main surf break. No sweaty uphill trudging with beach paraphernalia required. Nothing compares to a Los Delfines beach location for a beach holiday!

Margaritaville is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home nestled in the Los Delfines beachfront complex between 2 swimming pools, under palm trees. The home features a new private garden and quiet meditation or yoga area . The first bedroom is a master bedroom with a king bed, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has another king bed, and also has the option to split the king bed into 2 twin size beds. There is a private ensuite bathroom for this bedroom as well. The third bedroom has a king bed plus a twin bed and a private bathroom. This king can be split into twin beds, making 3 twin beds for this room possible. The house is the perfect set up for a group of up to seven people travelling together. The house has all the linens, bath towels, and beach towels you will need. Note there is air conditioning controlled by a remote control in all 3 bedrooms, and ceiling fans throughout the house for your comfort. The views are of the pools from the front and back of the house or the enclosed private courtyard with a palapa and lounge area to enjoy as well as a built in BBQ.

Our favorite spot to relax is actually outside under the palapa in the courtyard. The outdoor dining and lounge area can be enjoyed morning until night. There is ample seating around a large round table that is perfect for eating, playing games or just lounging and reading. Try the hammock for an indulgent afternoon siesta. Everyone can keep the cook company when they are at the grill. A fan and lights in the palapa allow for socializing well into the evening. New garden plantings were designed for scent, color and for hummingbirds to visit.

Margaritaville is just seconds from the north beach or a quick 8 minute flat walk down to the plaza and main surf break. It is a wonderfully quiet location during the day when you will hear the surf break and at night when you will hear crickets, far from the late-night noise of the downtown area.
