Casa Colorín is a new 5,000 square foot modern luxury villa located on the north end of Sayulita. Designed by the architect and previous owner of Villa Sol Blau, Casa Colorín is perched on top of a hill with its infinity pool blending into the azul waters of the Pacific Ocean. Listen to the soothing sounds of waves and nature as you overlook the entire bay with access to one of the most beautiful and least crowded beaches in Sayulita only 150 yards away.

On the main level, the living room, dining room and chef’s kitchen all flow into the organic terrace and infinity pool through floor to ceiling glass doors which can be fully opened or closed depending on the ambience you wish to create. When open, soak in the endless ocean views and watch the colorful birds dance between the tropical trees and flowers. Let the sound of the ocean and the songs of the rare birds soothe your soul while reclining on custom luxury loungers poolside. For a more temperature controlled environment, a/c units are strategically located throughout the home. In the dining room your playlist can be paired with the Bose sound system.

Just one floor above, you will find another open living space under a fresh palapa with fans, a large built-in sofa with a teak table, hammock and more custom chaise lounge chairs. A quiet hillside garden surrounds the back of the living area while the front offers more breath taking views of the bay and jungle.

The house has three master suites, each with a large, private roofed terrace with ocean views, ceiling fan, hammock and built-in sofa; private bathrooms with a double sink vanity, top-of-the-line bath and beauty products and luxe Brooklinen towels. All suites have a comfy king size bed (one can be arranged as two twin beds), hotel security safe, individual coffee service, a/c and fan. One bedroom is located on the first floor and the other two are located on the second floor - one on each side of the palapa. This luxury villa can sleep a group from 6-8 people. Two additional single beds can be arranged in two of the bedrooms. There is an additional private bathroom with shower in the entry area for the comfort of larger groups. There is also an outdoor shower for a post beach or pool rinse off.

The chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances, marble countertops and luxury kitchen refinements by Smeg including a full size cappuccino machine and cookware by La Creuset. Authentic hand made ceramic dish and glass ware and table linens crafted by local weavers complete the picture. There is also a temperature controlled wine fridge and water filtration system.
