Charming 700 sq ft eco-friendly 1 BR/1BA apartment located on the lower level of our home. Private entrance off the spacious 60' deck with breathtaking views of the lake & mountains. We're nestled in a gorgeous wooded area with a tree-house feel! We live in the upper level of the house but always give our guests complete privacy! Must be able to navigate short flights of stairs down to apartment from parking area (as shown in photos, 25 stairs total). Walk to the lake (includes some hills) in 5-10 minutes.

We live year-round upstairs on the first level of the house and are available by phone 24-7. We give our guests complete privacy, but are available to help with recommendations and/or directions if you need us!

- 2 pet limit per reservation - 70 pound weight limit per dog
- $75 non-refundable pet fee

-Cleaning Fee $75. For stays of 21 nts or more, a mid-stay cleaning required
