Centrally located, this quiet residential neighborhood is a short walk from our charming downtown, and a short drive to either The Evergreen State College or the State Capitol.

The whole house is yours during your visit. That includes the deck and a fenced yard with patio table set.

This home shares the property with our charming 1 BR 1 BA guesthouse, "The Bungalow," that we also offer for short term rentals. Each rental has its own separate outdoor entrance and private yard.

We are responsive hosts, but not intrusive. We live nearby and respond swiftly to any needs you may have.

Enjoy farm-fresh produce just down the street during our seasonal farmer's market. Kids love the nearby 'sprayground' at Woodruff Park during warm summer days! Hugely popular city pickleball courts two blocks away. We love how everything is walkable here, including downtown, West Bay waterfront and the Capitol Lake trails.
