Felt at home since we walked in. House had everything we needed and was very clean. Loved the area, very private and close to everything. Check in was easy and very easy at checkout. Will keep on my list for future visits.

We really enjoyed staying here. Sitting out on deck was so relaxing. The foliage was beautiful. Leslie has everything you need for perfect getaway. Beautiful home! But I would say not toddler proof. Only because of the beautiful decor. Will definitely stay again when we come to visit family

It's nice to come home to a warm house and comfy beds.Really enjoyed our stay, loved the area.Leslie even turned the heat on so it was warm when we arrived, which was greatly appreciated.

This is a beautiful home in a cozy woodland setting. We loved the variety of art and artifacts. We had come from three states for my grandson's graduation from Evergreen and all enjoyed our stay. Leslie was an excellent host, very responsive to my several contacts with questions.

Great stay at a wonderful home

The property was fantastic Leslie was a very attentive to every detail regarding our stay including the type of linen's provided during our stay. My wife and make regular trips to Washington and hope we can book another stay at this property it was the by far the best trip we have ever had.

We stayed 4 nights here, coming from Michigan for our niece's high school graduation! This home was wonderful! The photos and description are accurate. The only A/C is in the main bedroom; we only needed it for 1 night when there was high temp of over 85 degrees. There were a few glitches, but the owner responded promptly and was able to rectify the issues. We would gladly stay here again when in Olympia.

Perfect way place to stay

Leslie provided us a wonderful home to rest and relax in. It was awesome. It was comfortable, relaxing, well furnished, and had amenities aplenty. Leslie was fantastic in making herself available during our stay when we had questions. I WILL be staying there when we return to visit family next year or later this year.

Comfortable, roomy home

Beautifully located amidst tall cedars, this 3br/2.5ba home with lovely deck and fenced yard worked very well for our stay near our sonā€™s family. Roomy kitchen and comfortable living spaces were highlights.

Lovely home with every kitchen gadget one could hope for. Great bed and beautiful shower. Handy location - close to grocery stores, shopping, and parks. Home has amazing art work, much of it indiginous.

Property just as described, perfect for a long weekend on Olympia.

This house is cozy and comfortable. We have used VRBO properties many times and this was one of the nicest. The beds are amazing and it was great to hear the rain on the skylights. It would be fun to return in the summer and enjoy the deck and backyard. Thank you Leslie!

Beautiful and Comfortable

We had a wonderful stay. The house was situated in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, very close to the center of Olympia. We had everything we needed to feel at home and more. Our beds were so comfortable and I slept better than I do at home! Leslie contacted me several times to make sure we had all questions answered. I would definitely stay here again!

We rented this lovely, art-filled home over Christmas in order to spend the holiday with our oldest son and his family in Olympia. The house was perfect for my husband and I, and our youngest son and his family (including his 17-month old daughter). The open, well stocked kitchen was ideal for cooking Christmas dinner and having a crib available for our granddaughter made the trip to Olympia easy for all of us. Leslie was also very accessible and provided us with extensive information about the house and contacts if we needed assistance. We will definitely consider returning in the future!

Wonderful, comfortable home

What started as a 25th anniversary trip to visit our son doing an internship on a farm near Olympia turned into a wonderful extended family trip with 2 adult nieces and one husband... and two last minute dogs. The house was perfect for cooking and visiting. We ate on the patio in the back yard every night and enjoyed coffee there in the morning. The kitchen was well equipped and the gas grill was perfect. The beds were very comfortable, as were both showers. The location of the home is ideal - very close to shopping (& probably restaurants, but we cooked all our meals) and close enough to Seattle and Olympic National Park for easy day trips. Leslie was so easy to communicate with, was very accommodating, and made sure we were all set with everything we needed to make our visit from Massachusetts perfect. If we have a reason to visit the area again, we will definitely stay here.

We are two professors who divide our time between our homes in Olympia and Puerto Vallarta. We travel a great deal and are very fussy about our lodging and thus have designed our own homes with the same kind of comfort we want and thus share with our fellow travelers in mind.

This is an ideal location for work or play; quiet, residential and set amidst the green belt, yet accessible to everywhere in Olympia within 10 minutes. Walk out the door and within 5 minutes there's an easy forest walk around a quick loop or dash to the local coffee shop for a locally-brewed espresso. Day trips to the shore or mountains are easy with entry 10 minutes away to I-5 or HWY 101.

It is meticulously clean and well stocked, lots of light, folk art, organic sheets and cotton/feather bedding on top- of- the- line mattresses and only non toxic cleaning inside and out. Gourmet kitchen with spices and oils and outside gas grill on a large deck makes this a comfy home- away- from- home.
