A private pool, surrounded by brick pavers, is on the property for your exclusive use. The smaller cottage unit has its own private exterior entrance, and although connected to the main house, there is no shared walls, so your privacy is assured. Not to mention your privacy is assured due to the 7-foot privacy fence between the units.
