A perfect place to relax, unwind & enjoy your private, mature lush surroundings. This charming home has hardwood flooring, crown moldings, & ceiling fans. The fully equipped kitchen has been outfitted with cherry cabinets, stainless appliances, and granite countertops, microwave oven. All living room furniture has been recently purchased including the 60” flat screen plasma television. There are 4 tvs total in this home. Cable TV/HBO and wireless internet are available for your enjoyment.
Three bedrooms in total on this property; one with a new king sized bed, the second with a queen sized bed, the third also with a queen sized bed. All have comfortable mattresses & quality pillows that will afford you a peaceful night's sleep, leaving you refreshed and ready for a great day. In addition to the 60" living room tv, there are three extra 32” wall mounted LCD TV’s. Both bathrooms, with decorator porcelain tiles throughout. Bath towels and bed linens are provided for your use.
A private pool, surrounded by brick pavers is on the property for your exclusive use. A private place to relax and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening beverage with good company and personal conversation.

Lori has been a long-time visitor to Florida for getaways from the Washington DC cold. She's spent most of her time in the Sarasota area and just fell in love with Lido Beach and it’s eclectic shopping and fantastic restaurants in St. Armand’s Circle. Enjoying the type of vacation where you don’t need to always find parking, Lori found this home nestled amongst rich, private vegetation, with the ability to walk to both the beach and St. Armand’s Circle. She also loves traveling and getting to know the people from all over the world!!
Claudia who is your Chief Hospitality Manager, is a local to Sarasota. She is an incredible property manager and a powerhouse of information for local cuisine and things to do in the area. Her number one priority is YOU! You will be pleased with her care and concern for your comfort.
Clearly we both love this part of Florida! We especially love hosting families and friends who enjoy such a hip, urban neighborhood like Lido. We enjoy the local restaurants and we love that we can walk just about anywhere we need to go. We absolutely love the house and the guesthouse. It's often referred to as a "private little Garden of Eden" by our guests and we agree. We love hosting people in our guesthouse, & look forward to meeting travelers and helping them feel as comfortable and at home as possible while in Florida.

Beautiful St. Armands Circle, with its collection of restaurants & pubs, daiquiri decks, ice cream parlors, boutiques and specialty shops is a short 5 minute walk from the home.
The Lido Pavilion, located on the beach is 50 yards from the front door. Grant Drive is one of the quietest streets on Lido Key allowing you to bask in the simple pleasures of island life. At both ends of Lido Key there are Parks that you can bike or walk through, enjoying special 'look-outs' to the beautiful Mangroves surrounding that portion of Lido Key. Kayak rentals are available to get up close and personal with the natural shore lines surrounding Sarasota bay.
Mote Marine, a beautiful Aquarium where you can explore the many beautiful sea animals that live in the Gulf of Mexico is located just off the north end of the key.
Over the Ringling Bridge to mainland Sarasota you can take advantage of many wonderful experiences and a rich cultural community. From the Ringling Museum, to the ballet, opera or concerts at the Van Wezel, to gorgeous downtown Sarasota with its picturesque bay-front. With street names like Lemon, Orange, Pineapple, and Coconut it is a very tropical setting. Downtown Sarasota also boasts a beautiful movie theater, library, plenty of shopping, and wonderful restaurants.

The HEATED POOL! Private and relaxing! Pool heater! This home is wonderfully private, lots of lush surroundings provide privacy and a fantastic tropical paradise. There is an extra indoor bathroom sink with mirror for the ease of two people getting ready at the same time which always seems to be a problem when you're on vacation. Why waste time waiting for a sink when you can be on the beach or relaxing by the pool! There is also an extra outdoor shower!!
