This charming, newly renovated three bedroom apartment is located right next to the Old Town square, in a very quiet street, right behind the Church of Our Lady before TĆ½n. It is very quiet, spacious and provides a great base for exploring Praha.

The space

Most of the walls of the apartment are made of glass, therefore, the place is very bright and sunny. I invested a lot of love and effort to make this place unforgettable for my guests. There is a smart TV, which could be used as a computer and synchronized with any device. If you happen to forget your laptop, you can answer your emails through this device, or simply use social media to get in touch with your friends.

There is a Nespresso coffee machine with caps. We try to leave several kinds of coffee for every guest, but if you fancy more, you may simply cross the street in your pyjamas and buy more in the Nespresso shop.

Wonderful space and great location

Our family enjoyed our stay at Art Nouveau apartment. Sarah and Matthew were awesome. We were met at the apartment by Matthew who showed us around the rental. He brought us extra coffee and towels we asked for. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I asked where to get a Christmas tree and they set one up for us! They also gave us a box of Christmas treats, which were delicious! The apartment was located in old town, which was so convenient. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. All in all we had a wonderful Christmas experience.

Perfect location!

This apt. Was perfect for our 3 day stay in Prague. The central location made it easy to launch every morning to a cafe for breakfast(next door at Bond) and then to meet tour guides on the square or start a self guided tour. Beds are comfy and clean. The stairs to get up to the room are lengthy so be sure you are able to climb- highly recommend this spot!

Our stay

The cleanest place we have ever stayed in. The only tiny comment is that the main bathroom didnā€™t have a toilet and the separate toilet was in the hall doors didnā€™t close properly . Beautiful appartment though

Superb City Break

The three of us had an excellent four day city break staying in this wonderful apartment. It is comfortable, warm, fully equipped and located in a quiet street a short two minute stroll from the Old Square- a perfect location. It was a great base for our exploring on foot of this beautiful city. It was easy to find and Matous gave us a warm welcome taking the time to show us the apartment and Sarahā€™s excellent booklet recommending where to eat and what to do. Matous was so helpful arranging a repair of my phone! We thoroughly recommend this apartment and will return with our families as soon as we can.

Great location and lovely hosts

This flat is just as it looks - simple, clean and modern! Very walkable! We were there for three days and Sarah was so helpful through the checkin process and a great reference for airport transport. The neighborhood is very peaceful during the dayā€¦admittedly a bit loud at nightā€¦but the double windows ensure you get a good nights rest. A superb choice if you are going to Prague!

Fabulous location

The flat was spacious, very well appointed in all aspects (there are actually two showers, rather than the one listed) and just a short walk from the Old Town Square. Despite this it was very quiet. Sarah couldn't have been more helpful, a couple of issues were solved swiftly and efficiently. Highly recommend the apartment in every way!

Fantastic location in Prague

The apartment was wonderful with great beds, large rooms and even smart TV with Netflix. Matthew was waiting for us when we arrived and gave great instructions along with a complete information book that they created. Very close to many sites especially the old town...we would come back again!

Fabulous location and a lovely flat!

Sarah and Matthew are very helpful and responsive, which gives you confidence. This is a beautiful flat in a fabulous location, only a block from Old town square. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby and the owners have a useful book of suggested activities and favorite places to eat and drink. For a location so close to all the action, we were surprised at how quiet it was at night. Sarah and matthew also arranged for transportation for us. The flat has a very modern kitchen and lovely sitting area. Beds were very comfortable. The main shared bathroom has a tub with a shortish handheld which made showering a sit down affair, but one of the other bedrooms has a ensuite full bath with standing shower. We would rent the flat again.

This a beautiful centrally located apartment and if were not for the fact that there was no air conditioning, front bedrooms did not have privacy shades and it was noisy when windows were open at night for ventilation, I would have given it 5 stars. The hosts are two lovely accommodating people. The location to old town was perfect. Great place to stay during cooler months when youā€™re able to close the windows to reduce neighborhood noise.

Apartment very large with plenty of space for a family of five. Everything within walking distance of apartment. Only negative thing about this apartment is the noise at night. Wearing earplugs worked out just fine. Would stay here again.

Gorgeous Apartment

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful apartment and it was so very close to everything. This was the perfect place to stay except for one thing - do be aware that the apartment is near some of the bars and it was not unusual to be woken at 2, 3, or 4 in the morning because of loud singing or screaming from the street. So, if you are a sound sleeper you will love the place, if not, do bring ear plugs. The amenities were great and they even supplied us with coffee, which was very nice. It was very clean and the bedrooms were perfect for the 6 of us. We did coordinate taking showers because the primary bathroom, although it had an amazing bathtub, the wand was little awkward for some of us who prefer showering. They also provided insightful information regarding the surrounding area and sights which was very helpful. There is a wine bar across the street and a "butcher" eatery a round the corner - both were delightful. Would highly recommend staying here - just bring ear plugs.
