The middle level features 4 bedrooms including 1 king master bedroom with private bath. At the top of the house is another king master bedroom that opens onto the deck. The great room with vaulted ceiling features a wet bar, generous living space, a dining area, and well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Lots of windows and decks offer ocean to sound views. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
