The easy water access makes the area a haven for surfing, kitesurfing, kayaking and other water sports, and the home is located near REAL Watersports, the area’s premier outfitter, where you can find everything kite and surf-related, including expert instruction, gear rental and their legendary retail shop.

At the end of the day, you’ll want to hang out with family, relax, and share stories from your adventures, so home was crafted with community in mind. The third floor features multiple gathering spaces, including a high-end gourmet kitchen with an island, a dining room complete with a 12-person table, and a spacious and comfortable living room — even a small office space for when real life gets in the way.
