Welcome to Majestic Beach Tower 1 Unit 603

When you read the brochures it says that Majestic Beach Resort is a place where time stands still, as emerald waters melt into dazzling white sand beaches. But that doesn’t do it justice. Think of it this way. It’s got a beach that’s over 2 football fields wide. It’s got pools all over the place. It’s got STARBUCKS for those of you who don’t want to get too far from their Vente Latte.


Majestic Beach is a family playground that’s just simply the best. It’s a place for picnics, cool ocean breezes, suntans, surfing, long walks, bonfires, surf fishing, crabbing, volleyball, countless hours of summertime fun, sunrises, sunsets and shimmering stars. Majestic captures the spirit of life on the beach with all the best resort amenities like:

• Large outdoor pool

• Indoor heated pool

• Wading pool with waterfall

• Convenience Market with Starbucks

• Two hot tubs

• Stadium seating movie theatre / power point presentation room

It’s located so that you have easy access to Pier Park, the newest tropical life-style shopping mall with over 1 million square feet of shopping, stores like Dillard’s, JC Penny, Target, Ron Jon Surf shop and more, a 16 screen movieplex, well known restaurants like Longhorn, Outback, Five Guys Burger and Fries, and Panera Bread, and local favorites like Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville and Bootleg Barbecue. And you’ll even find Starbucks so you can get your latte fix. On Friday nights the amphitheatre features free live concerts that the whole family can enjoy.

Majestic Beach is also located near Frank Brown Park, home of many youth sporting tournaments.

Great property!

The stay was great! The condo was extremely clean and well furnished. The only thing that I can say that should be added is a laundry basket. Other than that, we had an awesome time! Thank you!

The condo itself was nice and had a great ocean view. We enjoyed our time there together. I wouldn’t recommend this resort, however, if walking is an issue for anyone in the group. The unload area is at the garage across the street and quite a distance away from the actual towers where the units are located. It was a hassle to unload and reload luggage. We also had to pick my grandmother up at the front entrance when leaving for activities as she couldn’t make the long walk to the parking garage.

Absolutely wonderful

We had such a lovely time at this condo. It was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The views from the living room and master suite were breathtaking. The owner was very responsive. We did not have any issues while we were there. The resort building was loaded with amenities, and our kids had a great time using all of them!

Well managed property

Great views and access to the beach, pool, and activities. Master Bedroom was spacious with access to the balcony overlooking the beach. Well maintained and clean property.

Great owners and property

In the 10 years we’ve been married and doing family vacations Mike and Kimba have by far been the best property owners to work with. Their condo is comfortable and clean. Majestic is a great family resort. We will absolutely be back!

Great condo!

This was our first time staying at Majestic Beach Resort. We really enjoyed the condo and especially loved how close it was to one of the elevators. This made getting to the pools and beach super easy! The resort is also centrally located in PCB as far as accessing restaurants, attractions and shopping. We had a great time!

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Majestic. The condo was clean and comfortable with a breath taking view. Convenient location, gorgeous beach and clean ocean water. Would definitely stay here again. If I could make a recommendation, it would be just to possibly have beach towels available. The owners were easy to contact and friendly. Wonderful vacation!

Amazing friendly stay

We loved it, was able to come a day early. The condo had everything to be able to cook for a big family. Extra air mattress was in the closet. The people we rented from was very friendly and any questions i had she answered right away when i texted her.

We’ve stayed in many different condos at Majestic Beach and found this to be our best experience yet

Management did a great job of communicating with us throughout our stay, which is not always the case with other units. The condo was clean, well furnished and the tile balcony was really nice. Even the small stuff was well done, i.e. remote controls labeled and in the correct room. We will be renting this unit again!

Loved our stay!

Every year since 2012 my whole family comes together to come to the beach. We always stay at the Magestic. Since the pandemic happened and I wasn’t really sure would even be able to go on this trip. The owner called me and put me right at ease. Was very friendly. Very caring and understanding. I loved the room. Not only was it beautiful but it had carpet in the rooms. That may not be important to most people. But it was too me cause we have kids and it keeps the sand out of the beds. I can’t say enough good about it

Perfect location!

Great 3 bdrm condo! perfect location in resort, great views! Condo has everything you need. Kitchen amenities are sufficient, there is a crock pot, blender, toaster, coffee pot and a Keurig coffee maker. There were 6 adults in our party and there was plenty of space. Condo is right be the elevator which is great access, and going down to ground floor is right by the pools. Parking in the garage area is fine, it is a bit of a walk.... but this is a good thing! Owners are great communicators, don't hesitate to ask them a question or let them know a concern. Thank you Mike and Kimba!!!

The bath towels were very thin. Ended up buying 2 for 2nd bath. No towels or dish rags for kitch

Very easy to communicate w/owner. Mattress in 3rd bedroom really wor down (assume people sit on edge). Ended up torning it around. Much better. Would have liked to have a pither for tea. Also a crockpot would be nice in there. If you are cooking you could use crockpot and not have to worry with stove. No pillow cases in 2nd bedroom. Used tee shirt. Overall we liked it but parts annoying. Beautiful beach!

Hi Debra, I'm really surprised by this review. The only time we communicated was the day of check-in. A lot of these "issues" could have easily been resolved by a simple text or phone call. We've never had any complaints about the mattress. Did you check all the cabinets? Because we do have a pitcher for drinks and we have a crockpot as well. As far as the pillowcases & dish towels go, my cleaners had no idea what I was talking about. And if this was in fact true, I could have had someone bring you extras.

We were very pleased with this condo and it was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything.

This condo was very nice and I especially loved all the kitchen accessories and gadgets. It made it very easy to prepare meals. I was not expecting a stackable full washer and dryer. That was an extra bonus. Condo was very spacious inside and we all felt like we had room to spread out. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. I found the patio chairs to be very comfortable and a great place to hang out towels to dry. The air conditioner worked great! We love staying in this complex. The pools are nice and the beach lounge chairs are so comfortable. We switched it up every day. Hot tubs, toilets in bathrooms, and elevators were all working well. Since we were on 6th floor though we used the stairs a lot. Lol. We were always too anxious to wait for the elevator to take us down to the pool or beach. We waited for the elevator to go up though. Haha! Overall great condo, great complex, and great service!!! We will definitely be renting this condo again.

Perfect stay for our family!

We had just three short days here, but everything was perfect! The condo is beautifully decorated and fully stocked. I really appreciate when other renters leave extras behind (like detergent, paper towels). We brought some of that stuff too and only had to get toilet paper. We rented chairs one day and sat by the pool the other days. Mike & Kimba have some beach chairs and water toys there too so you can sit on the beach without renting chairs if you prefer. The owners were very helpful and our parking pass was in the condo (so don’t buy one when you arrive unless you have more than one car). We ate at the pool bar a couple days - decent food and just simply convenient. We also brought our tennis rackets and played each morning. The court is on the rooftop of the parking garage so we enjoyed a nice morning breeze and LOVED seeing the fighter jets fly over us often! We also used the grills located just outside the parking garage. I never thought about charcoal, but fortunately someone still had a mildly warm grill and left behind charcoal. We grabbed all our meat and cooked it that one night so we didn’t have to do it again. The condo is located near a less used elevator, so it’s super easy to get up/down. We liked being on the 6th floor as you can see beach details and also enjoy the water and sunset views. Allie is their housekeeper/maintenance person and she was super awesome too - they are lucky to have her! She communicated the door code via text when the room was ready and helped us with a small toilet issue (just a seal needed to be replaced). We met her in person and since the room wasn’t rented the night we were checking out she told us we were welcome to stay until after lunch. We didn’t ask, she just offered and it was so appreciated so we could enjoy a little more time wave jumping in the morning and eating lunch before packing up the minivan. Fortunately we were there on a quieter week, so we just got lucky as they can’t do when super busy of course! The staff we met all around the grounds were very nice - from the luggage cart attendants to the security guards. We would love to come back someday!

Great condo in great resort

Everything was well thought out. The unit was nice. Elevators were very fast. Indoor pool was warm. Unit had the cooking instruments one would need. Was only 3 minutes from a Wal-Mart and other attractions. Mattresses are very firm if that is important to you.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

The property was wonderful and hosted our family perfectly! We enjoyed the amazing view on the large patio daily. We were lucky enough to see dolphins early one morning! The open floor plan was the perfect space to recap the day and evening activities on the comfortable furniture. Kitchen was well-equipped. All-in-all, the property is wonderful and we would certainly stay again. Our only suggestion would be perhaps to have a deck box on the large patio that hosts beach chairs, umbrella & perhaps a cooler. This did not hinder our stay but would have been a nice addition. Owners were super responsive. Lovely beach getaway!

Wonderful property

This unit is wonderful! Could have been a touch cleaner, but I know it’s a rental. The couches were super comfortable, and the views are amazing. The only suggestion we have is that the mattress on the bottom of the bunk bed was uncomfortable and could use a replacement. The owners were very nice and super responsive!
