This top-floor, pet-friendly 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and resort-style amenities — all just 300 yards from private beach access. Seasonal complimentary beach service makes your beach days effortless and relaxing.

Designed with families in mind, this spacious condo comfortably accommodates guests across two levels. The main floor features a serene primary suite with a king-size bed — the perfect retreat after a day in the sun. Upstairs, a cozy loft offers a queen-size bed, while a separate bedroom includes two twin beds — ideal for kids or additional guests. The living room provides even more flexibility with a queen-size sofa sleeper.

The fully stocked kitchen makes family meals easy, whether you're preparing breakfast before the beach or dinner after a full day of fun. The dining table seats six comfortably, with four additional barstools at the breakfast bar, creating plenty of space to gather. A stackable washer and dryer add convenience for extended stays.
Each bedroom and the living area feature flat-screen TVs. The twin bedroom includes a smart TV for streaming with your personal Netflix account (no cable), while all other televisions offer cable service.

Step outside to your private balcony, complete with comfortable seating and partial beach views — perfect for morning coffee, evening relaxation, or simply enjoying the Gulf breeze.

BUSINESS AND PLEASURE!

We spent a week at the condo, it was a great location and a well run property. Katherine was very accommodating throughout the entire process, we will definitely come back to this property. What a great beach, just a short walk to the clean-white-sands of the Emerald Coast! Overall 4 1/2 stars!

Good location. Great Stay!

The property was being renovated so there was a bit of a mess and a lot of workers around. It looked to be mostly cosmetic at this point and close to being completed. The location was good and we used most of the facility’s amenities. Next time I will probably stay closer to the beach access just to reduce my walking a little more. It was fine for my family because I had teen boys to help carry the things to the beach but with little kids you would want a wagon. I had a minor issue with a television and the manager addressed it immediately so I was super impressed with the quick response and highly recommend them.

Awesome time at the beach!

We loved everything about our stay. The location was convenient to the beach and the pool. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. The unit was comfortable and offered all the amenities one would want or need. The only thing I would change is the beds were on the hard side and the pillows were thin and very uncomfortable. Other than the mattresses and pillows, I would definitely stay again and recommend this property.

Great location!

We loved our stay. The condo was in a great location to the beach. We had 8 in our group and we’re very comfortable. Loved the loft bedroom! Also loved that there was a washer/dryer in the condo. There is a keurig coffee maker for anyone that prefers coffee pods. Only slight negatives:1) the tennis courts across from the building don’t have night lighting and 2) we found another renters shoes under the bed (oops!). Other than that, wonderful week! We would definitely stay here again.

Miss leading

The listing was for a three bedroom two bath condo short walk to the beach. When we arrive it is a one bedroom with a loft above the living room. The third bedroom is not a bedroom at all; it is a kids bed in a closet. So my dad and brother decided to come along with me. Due to me having to work. we was all going to have a bedroom. So we thought. Come to find out that it’s only a one bedroom the other bedroom was above the living room. In witch everything could be heard downstairs; which my brother and his wife sleep in. my dad slept on the couch. THE COUCH because, he was not going to sleep in the closet in a kids bed. REALLY! Very miss leading and I’m very disappointed Only 1 star ⭐️ 😞 As far as a short walk to the beach it was more than 1/3 of a mile and you had to walk across a highway. ( Again ACROSS A HWY ) Again, we could have stayed in a better place for less. As far as the condo cleanness it was great lovely we enjoyed it made the best of our bad situation. Mr Hoover

Mirimar Beach Summer Vacation

The location of this property is hard to beat! Sit on the balcony and enjoy the view or take a 2-3 minute walk, and then you are at the private beach. Two chairs and an umbrella are included with the rental, which was nice. Get to the beach early on your first day to choose your seats as you can keep the same ones for your stay. It was $52 a day to add on an extra umbrella and two chairs. The beach was beautiful and I loved taking walks along the shore. There are two pools onsite. One is close to the beach and has a shower/feet washing station to wash the sand off. I preferred the pool at the back of the facility as there were fewer people. There are charcoal grills, a gym, and tennis courts, but I didn’t use any of those. The landscaping and property are well maintained and enclosed with a pass-coded gate. If you bring your dog (we didn’t), you can’t have them on the beach, it is a $500 fine. Don’t bring your pet to just leave them in the condo. We had neighbors who brought dogs and I could hear them barking off and on during our stay. As far as the condo goes, it was well appointed. I appreciated that plentiful towels were provided and the kitchen had all of the cooking gear I needed to prepare meals. The condo is showing minor signs of wear, there were a few repairs needed, and dishes were put away dirty, which is why I deducted one star. However, the host was very responsive and I would recommend this condo for your beach vacation.

Perfect for a getaway

We were in town for both business and pleasure! The location to the beach, pools, and tennis courts is amazing. Plenty of free parking. Close to great restaurants and family fun activities. Plenty of linens, towels, and kitchen appliances. Nice hot water and the beds are comfy! I would recommend a full sized ironing board and a few beach towels. Will definitely stay here again on future trips! Candace R

Beach time

Outside was okay. Someone had a small dog that lifted its leg in elevator, and they just left it. I got a glove and cleaned up for 5he sake of others. Light bulb in bathroom out but they were under sink for me to replace, but lightbulb in ceiling fan in common area out could not reach. Everything was very neat. And they respond very promptly. There are some people there who were not respectful of quiet time. But overall a good stay.
